Before stepping onto the stage as a Cirque du Soleil artist, all candidates go through a period of training that varies in length according to their discipline and level of experience. To successfully recruit and train future artists, Cirque has put in place a program adapted to the needs of candidates in a wide range of disciplines and conducted by a team of interdisciplinary specialists.
