In the workplace, actions are carried out to encourage employees' cultural discovery, practice and participation:

The Support Program for Employees' Artistic Projects (PARADE) aims to encourage and support employees' artistic practices. Through the program, employees can benefit from financial advice or assistance in order to develop and carry out artistic projects. In addition, employees' artistic projects may be performed or exhibited in the organization's offices.
The organization's contemporary artwork collection, which numbers more than 200 pieces, is an integral part of employees' work environment. Through this artistic presence, Cirque du Soleil wishes to create a dynamic and stimulating environment.

In addition to exhibiting pieces from the contemporary art collection, Cirque du Soleil invites young artists to exhibit their work at International Headquarters, allowing employees to discover the work of new artists.

Cirque du Soleil is also an active collector, adding to its collection by acquiring works from artists and galleries and regularly taking part in benefit auctions.
Through the ticket purchase program, employees are regularly invited to attend artistic events (theatre, dance, music, variety) by the Cultural Action Department, which offers free tickets purchased from cultural organizations.
The organization of various cultural activities, such as meetings with artists, exhibition vernissages and film screenings, also contributes to maintaining a creative and stimulating environment for employees.
