LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON
1. SWEEPSTAKES DATES
The Luxor/Criss Angel Mobile sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Cirque du Soleil Illusion, L.L.C. ("Cirque"). The Sweepstakes runs from April 2, 2008 at 00:01 A.M. Eastern Time until August 31, 2008 at 11:59 P.M. Pacific Time ("Sweepstakes Period") and is subject to the following rules ("Official Rules"). Cirque shall be responsible for the Sweepstakes, its organization and its Official Rules. By entering Sweepstakes, Entrants (as defined below) agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
2. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning the Prizes (as defined below) depend on the number of eligible Entry Forms (as defined below) duly completed and received by Cirque during the Sweepstakes Period.
3. WHO CAN ENTER
This Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States of America who have reached twenty one (21) years of age at the time they enter the Sweepstakes and who have a valid mobile number prior to learning about this Sweepstakes. Employees, agents and representatives of Cirque, its subsidiaries, its affiliated companies, its controlling corporations, its advertising or promotion agencies, its sponsors, suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to this Sweepstakes, or any other person directly associated with the holding of this Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), their legal or common law spouse, and any persons residing with these employees, representatives and agents are not eligible to participate.
4. HOW TO ENTER
No purchase necessary. Limited to one entry per person; any subsequent entries by or on behalf of any individual will be disqualified. You may enter the Sweepstakes by:
a) texting in "Criss" or "Believe" to 22122 during the Sweepstakes Period ("Mobile Entry Form"). By completing the Entry Form process, you hereby expressly consent to transfer your mobile number to Sweepstakes' secured database ("Personal Information"). In addition to entering the Sweepstakes, if you would like to opt into the Cirque du Soleil mobile community reply with "1" and if you like to opt into the Luxor mobile community reply with "2" for both reply with "3."
An Entrant must at all times use the same mobile number. The use of more than one mobile number by an individual will result in automatic disqualification of that individual.

b) by sending on a hand-addressed 3"x5" postcard, legibly hand print in block letters the following information: your first and last name, address, phone number, age and e-mail address (if any) ("Alternative Method of Entry"). Mail the postcard to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 21, 2008 and received no later than August 31, 2008.
The Mobile Entry Form and the Alternative Method of Entry are collectively referred to as "Entry Form". All participants who have duly completed the Entry Form shall be referred to collectively as the "Entrants" or individually as an "Entrant". By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
5. PRIZE
One (1) prize will be awarded consisting of Two (2) tickets to see Cirque du Soleil show entitled See it to Believe it! presented at The Luxor Hotel and Casino ("Prize"). The exact time and date of the representation is subject to availability. The approximate total retail value of the tickets is Two Hundred and Fifty United States Dollars (US$250) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
The following conditions apply to the Prize:
a) Unless explicitly included in the Prize description above, all costs, charges or expenses, including without limitation, all transportation to and from the Winner's place of residence, lodging and accommodation, money allocation, all taxes (including income, hospitality or other taxes if applicable), insurance, travel related fees and items of a personal nature, meals and beverages, Internet access charges, bar and wine charges, room service, gratuities and local and long distance telephone calls, are the sole responsibility of the Winner or his or her guest;
b) The Winner's guest must be 21 years old at the time the Prize is claimed. The Winner must give Cirque the name appearing on his/her passport or on his/her identification paper used to travel, as well as the name and contact information of his/her guest. Once the arrangements are completed, no modifications will be accepted;
c) All seat locations are subject to availability and seats shall be determined at the sole discretion of Cirque;
d) Dates are subject to availability and subject to change should any show be canceled or postponed. The Prize must be utilized before December 31, 2008;
e) If the Prize is not used, no compensation will be awarded to the Winner or to the guest;
f) No prize substitution or cash redemption allowed by Winner. Prize is not transferable. Cirque reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable;
g) All federal, state, provincial and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner; and
h) Other restrictions may apply.
6. DRAWING
The winner of the Sweepstakes ("Winner") will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible and compliant Entry Forms received during the Sweepstakes Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Stevens Advertising acting as agent for Cirque at the following address: 2 Park Plaza Suite 200 Boston MA 02116 on September 2, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. Pacific Time. The Winner will be notified by phone within forty eight (48) hours following the drawing and will have fourteen (14) days following that notification to confirm his or her acceptance of the Prize to Cirque. In the event the Winner is unreachable or the Winner fails to comply with the provision of Section 7 below, the Prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner in a random drawing from all remaining eligible entries received for the Sweepstakes.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND QUALIFICATION, AND SELECTION OF ALTERNATE WINNERS
In order to be declared Winner, each Entrant selected pursuant to paragraph 6 above must meet the following conditions:
a) compliance with these Official Rules and conditions for eligibility;
b) The Winner must complete and return to Cirque, within five (5) days from receipt (which receipt will be deemed to have occurred on the earlier of actual receipt or five (5) business days after mailing), an affidavit or other document of eligibility, liability/publicity release and compliance with the Official Rules, confirming his or her compliance with the Official Rules and regulations, releasing Cirque and its directors, officers, employees, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, parent companies and agents from all liability, and permitting Cirque and its representatives to use the selected Entrant's name, likeness, statement concerning the Prize, place of residence and/or voice, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Cirque and for any required disclosures without the Winners' consent ("Declaration Form");
c) The Winner may be required to furnish photographic identification in the form of a government-issued document.
Failure of the Winner to meet any of the mentioned conditions mentioned in the Official Rules will result in the Winner's automatic disqualification and loss of entitlement to his or her Prize. In such event, Cirque shall have the right to draw or select another Winner as described in Section 6, until a Winner has been determined and qualified.
8. PRIZE DELIVERY
Within five (5) business days following the receipt of the Declaration Form duly completed, Cirque will inform the Winner by phone on how to take possession of his/her Prize.
9. LIMITS OF LIABILITY
the winner AGREEs TO RELEASE CIRQUE, its Employees, agents and representatives, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, controlling corporations, advertising or promotion agencies, sponsors, suppliers of materials, prizes and services related to the Sweepstakes, or any other person directly associated with the holding of the Sweepstakes ("RELEASED PARTIES") FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT HE OR HIS GUEST MAY SUFFER AND THAT RESULT FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, OR USE OF ANY PRIZE OR FROM ENTRY OR ATTEMPTED ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES. THE RELEASED PARTIES ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR LOST OR MISDIRECTED ENTRIES, WHETHER DUE TO TECHNICAL OR COMPUTER MALFUNCTIONS OR OTHERWISE, OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL OR MOBILE MALFUNCTIONS OF ANY KIND, FRAUD, OR OTHER ERRORS.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
a) Entrants, by entering the Sweepstakes, agree to abide by the Official Rules, and that the decisions of Cirque are final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes including, without limitation, the eligibility and/or the disqualification of Entry Forms is final and without appeal.
b) Any fraudulent Entry Form or one that is sent late will automatically be rejected and will not be eligible for the Prize. In such a case, the Cirque's decision will be final.
c) The Prize must be accepted as described in these Official Rules, and may not be sold, transferred to another person, assigned, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for cash. Cirque may be relieved of its obligations hereunder to the extent that any show performance is delayed or prevented by any cause beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation, acts of God, public enemies, war, civil disorder, fire, flood, explosion, labor disputes or strikes or any acts or orders of any governmental authority.
d) Cirque reserves the right, in its sole discretion and subject to compliance with any applicable legal/regulatory requirements, to cancel, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes in its entirety, in the event that a virus, software bug, or unauthorized human intervention occurs, or for any other cause beyond the Cirque's control that could compromise or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal operation of the Sweepstakes.
e) For the purpose of these rules, the Entrant is the person whose mobile number appears on the Entry Form and in case of confusion, who is the registered user of such mobile number.
f) By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants authorize Cirque and its representatives to use, as required or applicable, the Entrant's name, declarations pertaining to the Prize, place of residence for advertising purposes in relation to the Sweepstakes, without any form of remuneration.
g) The Winner's guest shall also sign the Declaration Form mentioned in Section 7 b) above.
11. PERSONAL INFORMATION RETENTION RULES FOR SWEEPSTAKES
The Entrant's Personal Information will be entered in the Sweepstakes database and Cirque will use it to contact the Entrant for the purposes of the Sweepstakes. No other use will be made of the Entrant's Personal Information, with the exception of Entrants who have explicitly indicated that they wish to like to opt into the Cirque du Soleil mobile community and the Luxor mobile community while completing the Entry Form.
At the end of the Sweepstakes, when and as permitted by law, all Personal Information in the Sweepstakes database will be purged.
12. OFFICIAL RULES & WINNERS' NAME
For a copy of the Official Rules or names of the Winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope with a written request for the list to:

13. DISPUTES, CHOICE OF LAW, CHOICE OF LANGUAGE AND SEVERABILITY
As a condition to participating in this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and all causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Clark County, Nevada having competent jurisdiction, which court shall apply the laws of the State of Nevada, which court shall apply the provincial laws of the, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. The Entrants and Cirque hereby waive any and all right to trial by jury. If any provision of the Official Rules is declared or found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or void, then such provision will be null and void but each other provision hereof not so affected will be enforced to the full extent permitted by applicable law.
