Your purchase didn't work out? Call our Customer Service team at 1 800 678-2119, extension 8000, or e-mail us. Our hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday. We will tell you how and where to send the product back to us. Once we have received the product, we will credit you using your original payment method. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please allow three weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Packages must be returned pre-paid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

At the present time, none of our resident shows in Las Vegas are available on DVD. We do not currently have plans to film them.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within two to three weeks of when we receive your return. Please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
