How to get there

The following buses allow access to the neighborhood where the site is located.
Bus:20, 33, 54, 62, 64, 74, 86, 93, 111, 130, 143, 152, 159.
Subway: Line A: Station Plaza de Mayo/ Line B: Station Leandro N. Alem/ Line D: Station Catedral/ Line E: Estación Bolivar.

The Grand Chapiteau (Big Top)
The Grand Chapiteau seats over 2,500 spectators per performance.
 
Duration
2 hours 30 minutes, including a 30-minute intermission.
 
Latecomers
The show starts on time and latecomers are admitted only during a suitable break in the performance. This applies to late-coming wheelchair-users as well.

Box Office Hours
Ticket purchase: 12:00h to 20:00h Tuesday to Sunday
Collection of pre-purchased tickets: 12:00h to 1/2h after start of performance.

Food & Beverages
Refreshments and snacks are available in the entrance tent.
 
Merchandise
There is a Cirque du Soleil store in the entrance tent.
 
Miscellaneous

• The temperature inside the Grand Chapiteau is controlled.
  
• There is no cloakroom.
  
• Smoking is not permitted in the Grand Chapiteau.
  
• Mobile phones must be turned off during the show.
  
• Any type of videotaping, photography or audio recording is prohibited in the Big Top.
  
• Animals are not allowed except for guide or mobility assistance reasons.
