It's in the proximity of the University of Deusto, and next to
the Euskalduna Bridge. It is on one side of the river, and the
Euskalduna Palace can be seen in the other side of it.

Public Transport
Buses
Bilbobus line 11; way :Deusto-Atxuri, Atxuri-Deusto;
stops:

*Bajos Puente Deusto

Subway
Stop: Deusto. Go through Iruña street, until Explanada Zorrozaure en Botica Vieja.

Travelling by car
Take the highway A-8. Then take exit 117 and go through SabinoArana  Avenue, until you get into Sagrado Corazon square.Once there, take the third exit. Turn right in Euskalduna Bridge. Cross the bridge and at the roundabout take the third exit.

Parking area is across the street from the main entrance

The Grand Chapiteau (Big Top)
The Grand Chapiteau seats over 2,500 spectators per performance with an adjoining entrance tent. Like a Roman amphitheatre, the seats fan out for 270 degrees around a central, circular stage. The Grand Chapiteau is a temporary structure which is supported by four masts.  All seats are cushioned with backs.  For additional seating information, please see the Price Details and Seating plan.
 
Duration
2 hours 30 minutes, including a 30-minute intermission.
 
Latecomers
The show starts on time and latecomers are admitted only during a suitable break in the performance or at the discretion of the Head Usher Late-coming wheelchair-users can only be admitted at the intermission. Late-coming wheelchair-users can only be admitted at the intermission.

Entrance Tent
The Entrance Tents open 1 hour prior to show time.  The Grand Chapiteau opens ½ hour before show time.

Food & Beverages
Popcorn, candies and other snacks are available for purchase inside the Entrance Tents along with a variety of beverages. Beer and wine available for purchase at the Food & Beverage counters for guests with proper ID. Cash, PIN and most major credit cards are accepted at the Food & Beverage Counters.
 
Official Merchandise
There is a Cirque du Soleil store in the entrance tent. Supplement your style and enhance your media collection with official Cirque du Soleil merchandise available in at the Cirque Store inside the entrance tent. 

Many exciting products ranging from attire, accessories, jewelry and fine art are available for purchase

• The temperature inside the Grand Chapiteau is controlled.
  
• There is no coat check.
  
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted
  
• Smoking is not permitted in the Grand Chapiteau and only permitted in designated areas.
  
• Mobile phones must be turned off during the show.
  
• Cameras, video and tape recorders are strictly prohibited.
  
• Facilities (Toilets) for guests with disabilities are available
  
• Animals are not allowed (Service animals may be permitted. Please advise the Box Office when you purchase your tickets.)
