It is located in the Casa de Campo near to the Puerta del Angel and Lago Metro stations and Paseo de Extremadura .5 minutes away from the most importants highways of the capital, M-40 and M-30

Public Transport

Metro
Line 6- Station Puerta del Angel  (5 minute walk)
From Puerta Del Angel, follow the signs to Casa de Campo to get to Av. De Portugal.At Av. De Portugal, follow signs to Cirque du Soleil

Line 10 –Station Lago (10 minute walk)
From Lago, exit station and follow Cirque du Soleil entrance signs on Paseo de la Puerta del Angel.  (walking uphill)
Pass Cirque su Soleil parking lots and turn left at Av. De Portugal
Follow signs to Cirque du Soleil


Travelling by car
M-30 exit A-V Badajoz (direction north exit 17 Casa de Campo / direction south exit Avda. Portugal)
M-40 exit A-V Madrid, Paseo de Extremadura.

Parking
Parking is available on the streets surrounding the site and in the park beside the site in an unpaved area. The parking entrance is located on Paseo de la Puerta del Angel.
There is no charge for parking.

Box Office Hours
The Box Office is open 2 hours before show time and closes ½ hour after the show begins.

The Grand Chapiteau (Big Top)
The Grand Chapiteau seats over 2,500 spectators per performance. Seats with backs and padding fan out 270 degree like a Roman amphitheater.   For additional information regarding seating please click here.  


Duration
2 hours 30 minutes, including a 30-minute intermission.
 
Latecomers
Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show time.  The show starts on time and latecomers are admitted only during a suitable break in the performance or at the discretion of the Head Usher. Guests who use wheelchairs and arrive after the show begins can only be admitted at the intermission or at the discretion of the Head Usher.

Entrance Tent
The Entrance Tent is located in front of the Big Top and houses the Merchandise Boutique and Food & Beverage counters.  The tent opens 1 hour before show time.

Food & Beverages
Don't forget the popcorn!  A variety of delicious refreshments and snacks are available at the Food & Beverage counters inside the entrance tent.
 
Merchandise
Enhance your wardrobe or embellish your media collection with a wide variety of official Cirque du Soleil merchandise available for purchase at our Merchandise Boutique.  Items range from DVDs, CDs, wearable art, collectables and much more.
 
Miscellaneous

  • The temperature inside the Grand Chapiteau is controlled.
  • There is no coat-check.
  • Smoking is not permitted in the Grand Chapiteau.
  • Mobile phones & all electronic devices must be turned off during the show.
  • Any type of videotaping, photography or audio recording is strictly prohibited in the Big Top.
  • Animals are not allowed except for guide or mobility assistance reasons.  Please advise the Box Office if attending with assistance dogs.
