Cirque du Soleil's environmental policy addresses major issues including:

- Air Quality and Climate Change
- Waste Management and Hazardous Waste Disposal
As part of the policy Cirque du Soleil pledges to:
- Conform with all environmental requirements it is subject to
- Use preventive measures to reduce the environmental impact of the company's products and services
- Ensure continuous improvement in its environmental performance
- Take the environment into account in all business decisions
In addition to these measures, Cirque is working to keep its employees informed about the environmental issues directly related to its activities, and has instituted employee training programmes to strengthen their technical competence on the environmental front, and is promoting the protection of the environment in all its actions.
