The ONE DROP Foundation: Water for all, all for water
In 2008, Cirque du Soleil and its employees redoubled their efforts to support and promote the cause of the ONE DROP Foundation through a wide range of activities. People from many different areas of the company contributed to the Foundation through a host of fundraising initiatives, including setting up a community garden at International Headquarters and sowing it with seeds "sponsored" by Cirque employees. The garden's bounty was donated to a community organization in the Saint-Michel district of Montreal. Altogether, these Cirque du Soleil employee initiatives raised $300,000 for the ONE DROP Foundation in 2008.
