 Are there fees to become a Cirque Club member?
Cirque Club membership is completely free.
 What is Cirque Club?
Cirque Club is an online community of Cirque du Soleil fans who want access to exclusive news .
 How do I become a Cirque Club member?
You can become a member by completing the registration form found on the Cirque Club website.
 What are Cirque Club’s privileges?

As a Cirque Club member you have access to exclusive photos and videos, downloadable screensaver and desktop images, and invitations to special events. Members are among the firsts to be informed when a city selected in their profile is added to our tour plan. Registration provides access to pre-sale tickets and special offers (where available). Emails are sent to active members. However, if your membership is new and you did not receive the notice, you will find all the links and promotions in the  "Offers" section of the Cirque Club.

Since Cirque Club is a virtual club, there is no membership number or card: your email address is your identification.

Please note that being a member does not automatically entitle you to discounts on tickets or products.

 

 Why isn’t my city in Cirque Club’s list of cities?

Only the cities and countries previously visited or on our current tour plan, are available in the choices of cities in the Cirque Club. However, Cirque du Soleil visits news places every year, therefore it is possible that your city or country will be available in the coming years.  

 Why am I asked for my mobile number when registering for Cirque Club membership?
Your mobile number is only necessary during registration should you wish to receive Cirque Club messages on your phone.
 How do I purchase pre-sale tickets?

As a member, when an exclusive presale is available, you will receive an email containing links and instructions to buy tickets for one of the cities you have selected in your profile. In case you do not receive this email, you will find all current offers, once you log in the Cirque Club.

 Are there Cirque Club ticket pre-sales for fixed venue shows?
Unfortunately, there are no Cirque Club presales available for our resident shows. 
 

Where can I find presales, promo code or any other offers available to the Cirque Club members?

All current offers can be found in the « Offers » section of the Cirque Club. In order to access those privileges you will have to log in your profile.

 

I forgot my username?

Your username is the e-mail address used when you originally sign up for the Cirque Club.

 Where can I find Cirque du Soleil screensavers and desktop images?

The screensavers and desktop images can be found in the "Extras" section of the Cirque Club. Members need only log in to access these privileges.

 Where do I find a list of any promotions going on now?
You’ll find all promotions currently under way when you log in and click ‘Exclusive Offers.’
 Where do I find promotion’s password?
If a password is necessary to get access to a promotion, you’ll find all such passwords when you log in and click ‘Exclusive Offers.’
 Does Cirque du Soleil sell my information to marketing firms or other companies?
Cirque du Soleil respects the privacy of its members and does not sell or lease out any information about Cirque Club members.
 Does Cirque Club provide technical support?
Cirque Club does not provide technical support.
 

Your Cirque Club Profile

 How can I change my email address or other information within my Cirque Club profile?

You can modify your profile, by following these steps:log in the Cirque Club, click on the link "Manage your profile" at the top of the page. Once you are on the "Your profile information" page, you will be able to modify your E-Mail address, in the "Your information" section.

If cannot change your e-mail address, contact us and we will make the modification for you.

 How do I cancel my Cirque Club membership?

You can cancel your membership, by following these steps: log in the Cirque Club, click on the link "Manage your profile" at the top of the page, and then click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the page.

If cannot Cancel your profile, contact us and we will make the modification for you.

 How do I change my Cirque Club forum preferences?
To change your Cirque Club forum preferences, just log in, click ‘Update My Profile,’ and then click ‘Registration’ to update the appropriate preferences.
 How do I reactivate my Cirque Club profile?

If your profile has been disactivated, you will be redirect to an other page where you will be asked your e-mail address. A message will be send to you that will allow you to reactivate your Cirque Club profile.

If your e-mail address has changed since, contact us and make sure to include your previous and new address.

 

Cirque Club Profile Issues

 

How can I know if my virtual cards have been sent?

Since 2008, the virtual cards manager is no longer available. Since Cirque du Soleil does not provide technical support, we suggest you verify the recipient's email address and send your card again.

 Why can’t I modify my Cirque Club profile?

If you are experiencing difficulty modifying your profile, please contact us. Make sure to include the both your new email address and the one you used to register originally, so we can track down your previous profile.  Especially if your email address has changed since you became a member.

For security reasons, we do not have access to members’ passwords. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link on Cirque Club’s login web page. You will then receive a message with a link to change your password.

 Why doesn’t my Cirque Club password work?

For security reasons, we do not have access to our members’ passwords.

Please verify that you’ve entered the correct email address (the one used during registration). It is important to enter it as you originally typed it in. If it does not work, we suggest you retrieve it by clicking the "Forgot Password?"  link  on Cirque Club’s login web page. A message will then be sent to you which will enable you to change your password.

Should you still have problems retrieving your password, please contact us, include the password you want to use and we will then be able to change it.

 What do I do if I’ve forgotten my Cirque Club password?

For security reasons, we do not have access to our members’ passwords. If you've forgotten your password, we suggest you retrieve it by clicking the "Forgot Password?"  link  on Cirque Club’s login web page. A message will then be sent to you which will enable you to change your password.

Should you still have problems retrieving your password, please contact us, include the password you want to use and we will then be able to change it.

 Why haven’t I received my Cirque Club membership confirmation?

Please check first if the message is not in your spam folder, you should also ensure that your system accepts messages from Cirque Club.  If you still have not received your membership confirmation, please contact us.

 Why didn’t I received an alert about a Cirque Club pre-sale?

For technical reasons outside of our control, it is possible that some messages do not reach their destination. Sometimes, messages sent are blocked by filters or email address is blocked by the receiver’s server. It may also be a simply internet service provider issue. One thing is sure: we send messages to our members who have requested to receive the information.

Please note that emails are sent to active Cirque Club members. However, if your registration is recent and you have not receive a message, you will find all the links and promotions in the "Offers" section of the Cirque Club.

 

 What’s causing my connection problems with Cirque Club?
Cirque Club employs Flash media. It’s possible your computer is blocking all such Flash media windows in your browser. To resolve the issue, either deactivate the Flash media blocker in your browser or add www.cirquedusoleil.com to your browser’s list of permitted websites that use Flash.
 Why can’t I seem to be able to register for Cirque Club?

One problem may be with your computer’s pop-up blocking preferences. To register, you will need to either deactivate your pop-up blocker, or add www.cirquedusoleil.com to your computer’s list of permitted pop-up websites. If the problem persists, we can complete your registration for you, contact us. Please send us your full name, postal code, country of residence, and the list of cities you would like to receive information and alerts about.

 Why was my Cirque Club profile canceled?

Profiles are automatically deactivated when Cirque Club has received numerous error messages from a member or their internet service provider. Reasons for such error messages include an inbox which is full, an incorrect email address, or the internet service provider is somehow rejecting all Cirque Club email.

Please note that your profile can also be cancel if it has not been updated with your new address. Instructions are send twice before cancelling it.

 How do I keep from receiving so many Cirque Club emails?

We suggest you reduce the number of cities you’ve asked to receive information and alerts for.

You can do so by following these steps: Log in the Cirque Club click on the link "Manage your profile" at the top of the page. Once you are on the "Your profile information" page, you will be able to modify your E-Mail address, in the "Your information" section.
