 What is Cirque Club?
Cirque Club is an online community of Cirque du Soleil fans who want access to exclusive news and a place to discuss Cirque du Soleil with other members.
 Does Cirque du Soleil sell my information to marketing firms or other companies?
Cirque du Soleil respects the privacy of its members and does not sell or lease out any information about Cirque Club members.
 Where can I find Cirque du Soleil screensavers and desktop images?
For exclusive access to Cirque du Soleil screensavers and desktop images, Cirque Club members need only log in and click ‘Downloads.’
 Why isn’t my city in Cirque Club’s list of cities?
Cirque Club’s list of cities includes only those which Cirque du Soleil is presently performing in, or has planned to visit. Cirque du Soleil adds cities and countries to the list, each year, so it may not be long before you’ll see your area in list, one day.
 Why am I asked for my mobile number when registering for Cirque Club membership?
Your mobile number is only necessary during registration should you wish to receive Cirque Club messages on your phone.
 Does Cirque Club provide technical support?
Cirque Club does not provide technical support.
 How much is it to become a Cirque Club member?
Cirque Club membership is absolutely free!
 What are Cirque Club’s privileges?
Cirque Club members enjoy many exclusive privileges. Members are among the first to know when a Cirque du Soleil event or show will be coming to their area, are first in line for tickets with exclusive pre-sales (when offered), and often enjoy special offers on tickets. Cirque Club members also have access to exclusive photos and videos, downloadable screensaver and desktop images, and invitations to special events.
 How do I become a Cirque Club member?
To become a Cirque Club member, visit Cirque Club website.
 How do I purchase pre-sale tickets?
When a pre-sale for tickets to a Cirque du Soleil event or show in your area is available, members are emailed links and instructions on how to purchase such tickets. If you are a member, and did not received this email, you must log in and select your city to get access to the pre-sale.
 Are there Cirque Club ticket pre-sales for fixed venue shows?
Cirque du Soleil does not offer ticket pre-sales for its fixed venue shows.
 Do Cirque Club members get discounts on tickets to certain shows?
Cirque Club occasionally offers its members discounts on tickets for fixed venue shows. To find out if any such offers are on now, log in and click ‘Exclusive Offers.’
 Where do I find a list of any promotions going on now?
You’ll find all promotions currently under way when you log in and click ‘Exclusive Offers.’
 Where do I find promotion’s password?
If a password is necessary to get access to a promotion, you’ll find all such passwords when you log in and click ‘Exclusive Offers.’

 How can I change my email address or other information within my Cirque Club profile?
To change an email address or other information within your Cirque Club profile, just log in, click ‘Update My Profile,’ and make changes to the appropriate fields.
 How do I cancel my Cirque Club membership?

To cancel your Cirque Club membership, just log in, click ‘Update My Profile,’ and then click ‘Cancel my membership at any time’ at the top of the page.

 How do I reactivate my Cirque Club profile?
To reactivate your Cirque Club profile, please contact us. If your email address has changed since your last membership, be sure to have your original address so we can track down your previous profile.
 How do I change my Cirque Club forum preferences?
To change your Cirque Club forum preferences, just log in, click ‘Update My Profile,’ and then click ‘Registration’ to update the appropriate preferences.
 

Cirque Club Profile Issues

 Why can’t I seem to be able to register for Cirque Club?

One problem may be with your computer’s pop-up blocking preferences. To register, you will need to either deactivate your pop-up blocker, or add ‘www.cirquedusoleil.com’ to your computer’s list of permitted pop-up websites. If the problem persists, we can complete your registration for you. Just send us your full name, postal code, country of residence, and the list of cities you would like to receive information and alerts about.

 Why haven’t I received my Cirque Club membership confirmation?
If you haven’t received your Cirque Club membership confirmation, yet, verify that your email account is accepting email from the following addresses: contact@cirquedusoleil.com , cirqueclub@cirquedusoleil.com , or clubcirque@cirquedusoleil.com . If you still don’t receive your membership confirmation, please contact cirqueclub@cirquedusoleil.com.
 How do I keep from receiving so many Cirque Club emails?

If you would like to receive less Cirque Club emails, just log in, click ‘Update My Profile,’ and reduce the number of cities you’ve asked to receive information and alerts for. If you want to change the number of forum-related emails you receive, click ‘Update My Profile,’ then click ‘User Forum’ and select whether you should receive an email for every new message posted or no emails.

 Why was my Cirque Club profile canceled?

Profiles are automatically deactivated when Cirque Club has received numerous error messages from a member or their internet service provider. Reasons for such error messages include an inbox which is full, an incorrect email address, or the internet service provider is somehow rejecting all Cirque Club email.

 Why can’t I modify my Cirque Club profile?
Please contact us should you be experiencing difficulty modifying your Cirque Club profile ( cirqueclub@cirquedusoleil.com ). If your email address has changed since becoming a member, be sure to include the original email address used to register so we can track down your previous profile.
 Why doesn’t my Cirque Club password work?

For security reasons, Cirque Club does not have access to members’ passwords. Please verify that you’ve entered the correct email address (the one used during registration), and that you’re entering your password as originally typed.

 What do I do if I’ve forgotten my Cirque Club password?

For security reasons, Cirque Club does not have access to members’ passwords. If you’ve forgotten your password, click ‘Forgot your password?’ on Cirque Club’s login web page and follow the instructions to change your password.

 Why didn’t I received an alert about a Cirque Club pre-sale?

For technical reasons outside of our control, it is possible that some Cirque Club emails do not reach their destination. Sometimes, messages sent are blocked by filters or Cirque Club’s email address is specifically blocked by the receiver’s email account. It may also be a simply internet service provider issue. One thing is sure: members who have selected to received certain emails are being sent those emails.

 Why are my virtual cards not being sent?
Cirque Club does not provide technical support. Please verify the intended receiver’s email address and try again.
 What’s causing my connection problems with Cirque Club?
Cirque Club employs Flash media. It’s possible your computer is blocking all such Flash media windows in your browser. To resolve the issue, either deactivate the Flash media blocker in your browser or add www.cirquedusoleil.com to your browser’s list of permitted websites that use Flash.
