Exchanges and Refunds

 How long do I have to request an exchange or refund?

An item can be exchanged and refunded up to 45 days after its purchase.

 How can I exchange or get a refund for something I bought at a Cirque du Soleil gift shop?

To exchange  an item or receive a refund, please contact us and provide us with the name of the show and in which city the item was bought (if the item was purchased at a Cirque du Soleil  show) or provide your purchase order number (if the item was bought from our eboutique).

For the merchandise purchased at a Cirque du Soleil Las Vegas show boutiques, you can contact us.  Why isn’t my country included in the shipping country list on the Cirque du Soleil eboutique ?
It could be for two reasons, the first one being that Cirque du Soleil can not deliver to some countries because of custom regulations. Furthermore, since October 1st, 2010, we no longer ship neither to European countries nor to Asia-Pacific, Australia and New-Zealand. Our merchandising team is looking for the best way to make our eboutique available again in those areas. Until then, we suggest you visit other websites that may ship to your country.
 How can I exchange or get a refund for something I bought at a Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil boutique?
Cirque du Soleil merchandise purchased at a Cirque du Soleil Las Vegas show boutique can only be exchanged or refunded by those boutiques.  How long before I receive my reimbursement?

Once the item you are returning has been received, the full amount (minus shipping and handling charge) will be refunded to your credit card. Please note that your refund can take up to 3 weeks depending on your billing cycle.

 

How can I exchange or get a refund for a CD, DVD or a book?

CDs, DVDs and books will be exchanged only if the items are still wrapped in their original packaging.

To exchange  an item or receive a refund, please contact us and provide us with the name of the show and in which city the item was bought (if the item was purchased at a Cirque du Soleil  show) or provide your purchase order number (if the item was bought from our eboutique).

 

Cirque du Soleil Products and Merchandise

 Why are there slight differences with certain songs on Cirque du Soleil soundtrack CDs, as compared to the actual performance?
Many of Cirque du Soleil’s live music and songs are constantly evolving, and therefore may be different from the version on the CD. However, this is not the case with all Cirque du Soleil soundtrack CDs.
 Why cant I find the special edition CDs of Alegría and Varekai at Cirque du Soleil online Boutique?
The special edition CDs of Alegría and Varekai are presently discontinued.You may still be able to find them on auction websites and other online stores.
 Why doesn't the Varekai CD soundtrack have the show’s actual music on it?
The Varekai CD features music inspired by the show. It is the first such CD released by Cirque du Soleil Music, which chose this new approach as an alternative to other Cirque du Soleil show soundtracks.
 Why aren’t all pieces of music from a Cirque du Soleil show featured on the show’s soundtrack CD?
As CDs can only contain approximately 60 minutes of music, and Cirque du Soleil performances are 90 to 120 minutes long, no CD can feature a show’s entire musical score.
 What do I do if I have not received my Cirque du Soleil eboutique order?
If you have not received your order, please contact us, make sure to include your order number.
 Are the DVDs, KÀ Extrême, FLOW and Mystery of Mystère, live performance recordings?

Those DVDs are not live performances, but documentary-style productions.

 Are there any Cirque du Soleil DVDs formatted for European (Region #2) or Australian (Region #4) DVD players?
While some of Cirque du Soleil’s DVDs are formated for European (Region #2) or Australian (Region #4) DVD players, most are formatted for North American (Region #1) DVD players.
 Are ZAIA, ZED, Mystère, "O", KÀ, The Beatles LOVE, CRISS ANGEL Believe, Viva ELVIS and Zumanity  available on DVD?

Those shows are not available on DVD.

 

Can I buy a region 1 DVD  if I don't live in North America?

It is no longer possible to purchase DVDs not coded for your region. This precaution helps avoid any errors.
 

Is DELIRIUM available on DVD? 

For the moment, there is no plan to release DELIRIUM on DVD.

 Where can I find Cirque du Soleil gift shops?
Aside from the gift shops on our touring and resident shows, Cirque du Soleil does not have any 'physical stores'.
 Where can I get the lyrics of a Cirque du Soleil song?
The rights to lyrics are registered to the author(s) of each song, and are not Cirque du Soleil’s property. You might be able to find some of them if you do a search on the internet.
 Are musical scores to Cirque du Soleil shows available for purchase?
Musical scores to Cirque du Soleil shows are not available for purchase.
 

What does it mean when an eboutique item is listed as out of stock ?

When an eboutique item is listed as out of stock it means there is no more in stock and cannot be ordered at the moment.

 What is the meaning of the Cirque du Soleil songs? 

Cirque du Soleil's shows are not performed in a specific language. Most of the songs are in an invented language.

 How do I choose the right size of clothing from Cirque du Soleil’s eboutique?

 Can I access a Cirque du Soleil on site gift shop if I don’t have tickets to the show?

For shows presented under the Big Top, it is possible to access the gift shop on any show day, even if you don't have a ticket. Please go to the site during a performance and the Cirque du Soleil staff will gladly welcome you to the gift shops. We suggest you arrive half an hour after the show starts, in order to insure all the patrons are seated inside.

It is not possible to access the gift shops without a ticket at our arena shows and our resident shows.

 

Can I add something to my eboutique order after it has been confirmed?

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, it is possible to cancel your order and let you enter a new one at your convenience. In order to do so you will have to contact us, make sure to include your order number in your message. We will refund the total amount on your credit card.
 Can I buy merchandise directly at Cirque du Soleil international headquarters?

There is no store open to the general public. The boutique is for employees only.

 

Are eboutique online credit card purchases secure?

For your security, all eboutique transactions are encrypted using the latest SSL encryption certificates. Cirque du Soleil respects and protects its clients’ privacy.
 Which credit cards are accepted?
Cirque du Soleil eboutique accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
 

How can I change the country where my eboutique order will be shipped?

You will find the link on how to change the ship to country in the "Help" page. Under the “Shipping” section select the link “How can I change my delivery country?”. Once you have changed the country, you may complete your order.

 

- Go to our eboutique at www.cirquedusoleil.com (click on the link for the 'Help' at the top of the  page).

- In the section named 'shipping', click on the question "How can I change the shipping country?" and then on the link "Clicking here".

- Once you have selected your ship to country, you will be able to proceed with your order.

 

What is an eboutique access code?

Your access code will be provided to you at your first transaction. Should you have forgotten it, simply click on the link "forgot your access code" in the login section. The access code is not your Cirque Club password.

 

Can I order eboutique merchandise by phone?

It is not possible to place an order by phone. All orders must be made using Cirque du Soleil eboutique.
 

How can I make an online order from the eboutique?

To order merchandise online, we invite you to our eboutique.
 Why is it I can’t find certain Cirque du Soleil merchandise in the eboutique that I saw at an on site gift shop?

The merchandise offered at the gift shops are usually available on our eboutique. However, items found at a gift shops of a show, either presented at a theater or in an arena, are sometime exclusive products which are not obtainable on our eboutique but only in those venues.

 

Can I buy at the eboutique without a credit card?

There is no other payment option available for purchases made at our eboutique, only credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.

 

How can I modify my eboutique order during the shopping process (before the order has been confirmed)?

You can make changes to your online order at any time during the shopping process by clicking ‘Cancel Order.’ Once you have clicked ‘Pay,’ it is not possible to modify your order.

 

How can I track the my eboutique order?

Once your Boutique order leaves our warehouse, an email is sent to you with an online tracking number. You may also track your order via the eboutique by logging in and clicking on the "My Orders" link of the Boutique. Be aware that orders outside of the United States and Canada cannot be tracked and are mailed using regular postal services.
