This universe is inhabited by the insane ones of the king, minstrels, beggars, of the old aristocrats, children as well as clowns, only characters able to resist the changes of times and the social transformations which result from this. How long is the show?
Alegría is 2 hours long. That includes a 20 minute intermission.
Is Alegría appropriate for children?
Alegría is very colorful and dynamic, and designed to entertain the whole family. Children under two are admitted free, however they must remain on the lap of a parent at all times. Moments when loud noises and darkness are used during the show may frighten some children. For shows visiting Russia, this age limit is 3 years old.

How can I reserve a specific seat?
The online ticket buying process does not allow for the purchase of specific seats. For your convenience, the online process offers the best available seating options from the category of ticket chosen (given your desired number of seats). If you wish to select specific seats, you may do so by phone after Cirque Club pre-sale dates. In Russia there is no Cirque Club pre-sale.
What is the maximum number of tickets allowed per purchase?
The maximum number of tickets that can be bought per purchase is eight (8). In Russia the limit is 19 tickets.
Are tickets available for persons with limited mobility?

Alegría is performing in an arena, and not a
Cirque du Soleil Big Top, the
VIP Rouge option is not available.
Are there military discounts?
Military personnel, seniors (65 years old and up) and students (13 years old and over) are entitled to a discount. A valid piece of identification must be presented upon purchase (includes College and University student I.D.). This offer is available on specific days.

In Russia there is not military discount, students discout and senior discount.
What are service charges for?
The convenience fees are applied on all ticket sales, regardless of the type of event. While some companies have decided to include them in the price of the ticket, we have opted for a more transparent method that informs the clients where their money goes. Those fees basically cover the costs of Box Office operation, software, staff, etc. They allow you the convenience of booking your tickets prior to your show instead of standing in line and making due with whatever tickets are left.
Is there a Cirque Club pre-sale for Alegría tickets?
There is usually a Cirque Club member presale for our touring shows. A notice will be sent to the members who have selected the city where Alegria will be presented. Please note that the presale is available for a limited time and cannot be extended. In Russia there is no pre-sale for Alegria
Are there discounts for travel agents?
There are no travel agent discounts for any of
Cirque du Soleil’s shows.
What is an electronic ticket?
An electronic ticket is a ticket emailed to you (as a PDF document) minutes after your purchase. Print the electronic tickets on your printer and bring them to the show. It is important that each ticket be printed on its own sheet of paper. Electronic tickets require Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer in order to read and print them. It’s free, and can be downloaded at

What is a credit card’s verification code (also known as ‘verification number’)?
A Mastercard or VISA credit card verification code is a three-digit number located on the back of the card, at the end of the signature space. American Express cards’ verification codes are four-digit numbers found on the front of cards, just above and to the right of the credit card number.
Is my transaction cancelled when the countdown reaches zero?
The countdown indicates the time remaining to complete that particular step of the ticket-buying process before the tickets are put back into circulation.
When a countdown has 30 seconds remaining, the system will ask whether you need more time.

How can I meet the artists of Alegría?
It is not possible to organize visits with
Alegría artists and trainers. They have extremely busy schedules and so we respect the little down time they have by not offering visits.
