 What is CRISS ANGEL® Believe™?

 How long is the CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ show?
CRISS ANGEL Believe is 90 minutes long, not including an intermission.
 

Is CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ appropriate for children?

Due to the show’s production and language content, CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ may not be suitable for children under 12 years of age. Parental supervision is recommended.
 Does CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ feature any special effects?

CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ special effects include the use of smoke, strobe lighting, pyrotechnics, birds, intense music and ringing noises.

 Does CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ tour different cities?

CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ is a permanent show at a fixed location, and therefore does not tour. Believe was created for the Luxor in Las Vegas and is performed in a theater built specifically for the show.

 When did CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ have its world premiere?

CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ has been performing at the Luxor since October 2008.

Tickets for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ may be purchased online on CRISS ANGEL Believe website; by phone, at (702) 262-4400, or toll-free, 1-800-557-7428; and in person at one of the following Las Vegas casinos: MGM Grand, New York New York Hotel & Casino, Luxor, The Mirage, Bellagio, or Treasure Island.
 Are there CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ gift cards?
Cirque du Soleil does offer a gift card for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™. The gift card is applicable only to U.S. Show ticket purchases exclusively and is redeemable only at www.cirquedusoleilgift.com.
 How far in advance may I purchase tickets for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™?
Tickets for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ may be reserved up to four months in advance of a performance.
 Are there discounts for travel agents?
There are no travel agent discounts for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™.
 Can children attend the show?
Guests must be at least 5 years to attend the show. No one under the age of 5 years will be permitted into the theatre.
 Is there a VIP ROUGE option for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™?
There is no VIP ROUGE option for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™.
 How may I purchase tickets for someone with limited mobility?
Tickets for those with limited mobility may be obtained by calling the Luxor box office, at (702) 262-4400, or toll-free, 1-800-557-7428. Such tickets are not available for purchase online.
 Are there discounts for military personnel, students, or residents of Las Vegas?
Military personnel, students, and residents of Las Vegas enjoy a 35% discount on the purchase of CRISS ANGEL® Believe™.
 Are there group ticket rates?
To reserve tickets for groups of 12 or more, please visit Cirque du Soleil Las Vegas website.
 Which credit cards are accepted?
Tickets may be purchased using VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discovery.
 Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets purchased for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ must be picked up at the Luxor Theater box office at least one hour before the show. After that time, all tickets still waiting to be picked up will be cancelled.
 How do I buy tickets without a credit card?
You may purchase tickets, without a credit card, at the Luxor box office, or at one of the following Las Vegas casinos: New York New York, Bellagio, The Mirage, or Treasure Island.
 How can I reserve a specific seat?
The online ticket buying process does not allow for the purchase of specific seats. For your convenience, the online process offers the four best available seating options (per section) for you to choose from (given your desired number of seats). If you wish to select specific seats, please call (702) 262-4400, or 1-800-557-7428.
 Is my transaction cancelled when the countdown reaches zero?
Yes, once the countdown timer reaches zero the order is cancelled.
 Is there a Cirque Club pre-sale for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ tickets?
There are no Cirque Club member pre-sales for fixed venue shows in Las Vegas.
 Are there any discounts, contests or promotions for Cirque Club members?
Cirque Club privileges do not apply to Cirque du Soleil’s fixed venue performances.

 Can I exchange or cancel my tickets?
All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.

 Can I give my tickets to someone to use?
Tickets for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ are non-transferrable.
 

Buy group tickets

 What constitutes a group order?
A group consists of 12 or more tickets attending a single performance with one method of payment.
 Is there an advantage to placing my group order early?
Booking early allows your group best seating availability and options. Advance bookings are also eligible for group discounts.
 Will I automatically get the best seats for my group?
Various price categories are offered. Cirque du Soleil will always reserve the best available seats at the time of booking within your preferred price category. We suggest booking as early as possible to ensure the best seating availability.
 Can children attend the show?
Guests must be at least 5 years to attend the show. No one under the age of 5 years will be permitted into the theatre.
 Do you accommodate those with special needs?
Yes, special needs seating is available at each theatre – please notify Cirque du Soleil prior to placing your order if you require access to special needs seating areas.
 How do I submit a group ticket order?
1. Request a group contract by calling 702-352-0197 toll-free 866-353-5625 or by email: lasvegas.sales@cirquedusoleil.com.
2. Complete the Group Ticket Sales Contract. Payment details must be included on the contract.
3. Submit your Group Ticket Sales Contract and signed Policies & Procedures Agreement via fax (702.352.0235) directly to the Account Executive assigned to your booking.
4. Cirque du Soleil reserves the best available seats in your selected category.
5. Detailed confirmation that includes exact seat locations, pick-up instructions and ticket office hours will be sent to you via email.
 Once I have submitted my order how long does it take to process?
Generally, group processing takes a minimum (2) business days after payment has been processed.
 How can I pay for my Group?
Accepted forms of payment include credit card or wire transfers; All payable in US dollars. Personal checks and cash cannot be accepted for group orders.
 Are there any taxes added to the ticket price?
Yes, there is a 10% live entertainment tax (LET) added to the cost of each ticket.
 Are there any services fees?
There is a one-time Group Fee of $15.00 charged to each group order.
 Can I make revisions to an existing group order?
Yes, revisions must be requested in writing by responding directly to the confirmation email sent by Cirque du Soleil. Please refer to the Group Sales Policies & Procedures Agreement. Group orders are considered final once printed.
 Once my group order is confirmed, how do I get the tickets?
Group tickets are only available for pick-up at the performing show’s Ticket Office. Pick-up instructions are specified within the group ticket confirmation document.
 Is there a VIP ROUGE or any reception options for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™?
There is no VIP ROUGE option for CRISS ANGEL® Believe™. We would be happy to recommend nearby venues for your pre/post show functions.
 Can I use Cirque du Soleil logos and graphics for invitations or flyers?
Yes, once a group order is confirmed you may request official show logos/visuals. A Graphic Release Contract will be drafted and must be submitted for approval by our Marketing Department; Cirque du Soleil logos/visual will be provided upon approval. Please contact your Account Executive for detailed information.

  Is there a CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ CD?
There is a CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ CD available on our online Boutique.
 Is there a CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ DVD?
At the moment, there is no DVD of the show CRISS ANGEL® Believe™, nor a documentary of its creation.
 Will there be CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ merchandise available?

CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ merchandise may be purchased at the Luxor boutique or online Boutique.

 Can I buy drinks and food on site?
Yes, drinks and food are available at various restaurants and counters near the venue within the casinos.
 How do I get to the Luxor?
The Luxor address is 3799 Las Vegas boulevard South Las Vegas, Nevada 89109. You can also visit the Luxor Official Web Site for further directional information.
 Is there any parking available?
Free parking is available within the Luxor’s main parking garage.
 May I take pictures during the show?
No photos or video may be taken/recorded during CRISS ANGEL® Believe™.
 How do I make a request to perform a wedding proposal before or during the show?

While we would very much like to accommodate requests for public wedding proposals before or during the show, we cannot. We receive many such requests, and so we must always refuse.

 How can I go backstage at CRISS ANGEL® Believe™?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to go backstage at CRISS ANGEL® Believe™.
 How can I meet the artists of CRISS ANGEL® Believe™?
It is not possible to organize visits with CRISS ANGEL® Believe™ artists and trainers. They have extremely busy schedules and so we respect the little down time they have by not offering visits.
 What can I do if I’ve lost something at the venue?
