 What is Dralion?
Dralion is the four elements that govern the natural order take on a human form. Thus embodied, each element is represented by its own evocative colour: air is blue; water is green; fire is red; earth is ochre.  How long is Dralion?
Dralion is a two hour and a half performance, including a 20 minute intermission.
 Is Dralion appropriate for children?
Dralion is very colorful and dynamic, and designed to entertain the whole family. Children under two are admitted free, however they must remain on the lap of a parent at all times. Moments when loud noises and darkness are used during the show may frighten some children.
 What does Dralion mean?

The show’s name is derived from its two emblematic creatures: the dragon, symbolizing the East, and the lion, symbolizing the West.

 When was Dralion's world premiere?
Dralion’s world premiere occurred in Montreal (Canada) in April 1999.
 Does Dralion use any special effects?
Dralion special effects include the use of smoke and strobe lights.

 How do I buy tickets for Dralion?
Tickets may be purchased online on the Dralion website.
 Which credit cards are accepted?

Tickets may be purchased using VISA, Mastercard or American Express.

 How do I buy tickets without a credit card?
You may purchase tickets with cash at the arena’s box office. Please call the arena, directly, for box office hours of operation. The different box office phone numbers can be found on the "Map and info" page for each city.
 How can I reserve a specific seat?
The online ticket buying process does not allow for the purchase of specific seats. For your convenience, the online process offers the best available seating options from the category of ticket chosen (given your desired number of seats). If you wish to select specific seats, you may do so by phone after Cirque Club pre-sale dates.
 What is the maximum number of tickets allowed per purchase?
The maximum number of tickets that can be bought per purchase is eight (8).
 

Are tickets available for persons with limited mobility?

Yes, tickets for persons with limited mobility may be reserved with a credit card by calling the arena directly.

 Are there group ticket rates?

 Is there a VIP Rouge option for Dralion?
As Dralion is performing in an arena, and not a Cirque du Soleil Big Top, the VIP Rouge option is not available.
 Are there military discounts?
Military personnel, seniors (65 years old and up) and students (13 years old and over) are entitled to a discount. A valid piece of identification must be presented upon purchase (includes College and University student I.D.). This offer is available on specific days.  The policies and services offered may vary, depending on the city/country where the show is presented. The information is available on the ticket purchase page of each cities. Details can be found at the bottom of the "prices and details" page for each city.
 What are service charges for?

The convenience fees are applied on all ticket sales, regardless of the type of event. While some companies have decided to include them in the price of the ticket, we have opted for a more transparent method that informs the clients where their money goes. Those fees basically cover the costs of Box Office operation, software, staff, etc. They allow you the convenience of booking your tickets prior to your show instead of standing in line and making due with whatever tickets are left.

 Is there a Cirque Club pre-sale for Dralion tickets?
There is usually a Cirque Club member presale for our touring shows. A notice will be sent to the members who have selected the city where Dralion will be presented. Please note that the presale is available for a limited time and cannot be extended.
 Are there discounts for travel agents?
There are no travel agent discounts for any of Cirque du Soleil’s shows.
 What is an electronic ticket?
An electronic ticket is a ticket emailed to you (as a PDF document) minutes after your purchase. Print the electronic tickets on your printer and bring them to the show. It is important that each ticket be printed on its own sheet of paper. Electronic tickets require Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer in order to read and print them. It’s free, and can be downloaded at Adobe's Official Website.
 What is a credit card’s verification code (also known as ‘verification number’)?
A Mastercard or VISA credit card verification code is a three-digit number located on the back of the card, at the end of the signature space. American Express cards’ verification codes are four-digit numbers found on the front of cards, just above and to the right of the credit card number.
 Is my transaction cancelled when the countdown reaches zero?

The countdown indicates the time remaining to complete that particular step of the ticket-buying process before the tickets are put back into circulation. When a countdown has 30 seconds remaining, the system will ask whether you need more time.

 What do I do if my computer crashes while purchasing tickets?
If your computer crashes during an online ticket purchase contact us or call directly the arena.

How can I exchange a children’s ticket for an adult ticket?

To exchange a children’s ticket for an adult ticket, go to the arena’s ticket booth one hour before the show and pay the difference in price. The different box office phone numbers can be found on the "Map and info" page for each city.
 Are there Dralion gift cards?
Cirque du Soleil does offer a gift card for Dralion. The gift card is applicable only to U.S. Show ticket purchases exclusively and is redeemable only at www.cirquedusoleilgift.com.

 Can I exchange or cancel my tickets?
All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.
 Can I give my tickets to someone to use?
For someone else to use your tickets for Dralion that person should have the following with them when they arrive at the arena: a photocopy of both sides of the credit card used to purchase the tickets (the first 12 numbers of the card may be blacked out), a photocopy of one of the purchaser’s pieces of identification (such as a driver’s license), a letter acknowledging the gift signed by the purchaser, and the original ticket purchase’s confirmation number.
 What should I do if I can’t print my electronic tickets?

For licensing and security reasons, all photo and video cameras are strictly prohibited.

 Can I buy drinks and food on site?

 Can I access the on site boutique if I don’t have tickets to the show?
Only people with tickets to the show may access the on site boutique.
 How do I make a request to perform a wedding proposal before or during the show?
While we would very much like to accommodate requests for public wedding proposals before or during the show, we cannot. We receive many such requests, and so we must always refuse.
 How can I go backstage at Dralion?
Backstage visits at Dralion are not possible. We receive many such requests, and so we must always refuse.
 How can I meet the artists of Dralion?
It is not possible to organize visits with Dralion artists and trainers. They have extremely busy schedules and so we respect the little down time they have by not offering visits.
 What can I do if I’ve lost something at the arena?
