 What is Mystère?
Mystère breathes rhythm and music! An intense sensory experience, Mystère features constant motion, high-energy acrobatics, evocative dances, colorful costumes and vivid lighting. If you want to learn more on Mystère, please visit Mystère page.
 How long is Mystère?
Mystère is 90 minutes long, not including an intermission.
 Is Mystère appropriate for children?
Mystère is for children of all ages. Children over 1 year old must purchase a ticket even if the child will be on a parent’s lap during the performance. Please note that moments of loud noises and darkness used during the show may frighten some children.
 Does Mystère tour different cities?
Mystère is a permanent show at a fixed location, and therefore does not tour. Mystère was created for Treasure Island in Las Vegas and is performed in a theater built specifically for the show.
 How long has Mystère been performing?
Mystère has been performing at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino since its premiere, December 25, 1993.

 Are there Mystère gift cards?
Cirque du Soleil does offer a gift card for Mystère. The gift card is applicable only to U.S. Show ticket purchases exclusively and is redeemable only at www.cirquedusoleilgift.com.
 How far in advance may I purchase tickets for Mystère?
Tickets for Mystère may be reserved up to four months in advance of a performance.
 Are there discounts for travel agents?
There are no travel agent discounts for Mystère.
 Are there discounts for children?
Children between the ages of 1-12 years are eligible for discounts. Such tickets are not available for purchase online, and must by reserved in person at the Treasure Island box office, or by phone, at (702) 894-7722 or toll-free number 1-800-392-1999.
 How may I purchase tickets for someone with limited mobility?
Tickets for those with limited mobility may be obtained by calling the Treasure Island box office, at (702) 894-7722 or toll-free number (800) 392-1999. Such tickets are not available for purchase online.
 At what age must children purchase tickets?
Tickets must be purchase for children over 1 year of age.
 Are there military discounts?
There are discounts for military personnel. These discounts may be obtained by purchasing tickets at the Treasure Island box office, or by phone, at (702) 894-7722. Such discounts are not available when purchasing tickets online.
 Is there a Tapis Rouge option for Mystère?
There is no Tapis Rouge option for Mystère.
 Are there group ticket rates?

 Which credit cards are accepted?
Tickets may be purchased using VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
 Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets purchased for Mystère must be picked up at the Treasure Island box office at least one hour before the show. After that time, all tickets still waiting to be picked up will be cancelled.
 How do I buy tickets without a credit card?
You may purchase tickets, without a credit card, at the Treasure Island box office, or at one of the following Las Vegas casinos: MGM Grand, New York New York, Luxor, Bellagio, The Mirage.
 How can I reserve a specific seat?
The online ticket buying process does not allow for the purchase of specific seats. For your convenience, the online process offers the best available seating options (per section) for you to choose from (given your desired number of seats and price range).
 Is my transaction cancelled when the countdown reaches zero?
Yes, once the countdown timer reaches zero the order is cancelled.
 Is there a Cirque Club pre-sale for Mystère tickets?
There are no Cirque Club member pre-sales for fixed venue shows in Las Vegas.
 Are there any discounts, contests or promotions for Cirque Club members?
Cirque Club privileges do not apply to Cirque du Soleil’s fixed venue performances.

Tickets for Mystère are non-transferrable.

Yes, a CD featuring Mystère’s soundtrack is available at the Treasure Island boutique, and from Cirque du Soleil online Boutique.
 Is there a Mystère DVD?
While a DVD of the show, Mystère, is not available, the documentary, Mystery of Mystère - a captivating documentary that promises to satisfy one’s inner scientist and curiosity - is available at the Treasure Island boutique and from Cirque du Soleil online Boutique.
 Will there be Mystère merchandise available?
Mystère merchandise may be purchased at the Treasure Island boutique and from Cirque du Soleil online Boutique.
 Can I buy drinks and food on site?
Yes, drinks and food are available at various restaurants and counters near the venue within the casinos.

For licensing and security reasons, all photo and video cameras are strictly prohibited.
 How do I make a request to perform a wedding proposal before or during the show?

While we would very much like to accommodate requests for public wedding proposals before or during the show, we cannot. We receive many such requests, and so we must always refuse.

 How can I go backstage at Mystère?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to go backstage at Mystère.
 How can I meet the artists of Mystère?
It is not possible to organize visits with Mystère artists and trainers. They have extremely busy schedules and so we respect the little down time they have by not offering visits.
 What can I do if I’ve lost something at the venue?
