About

 What is “O”?
“O” pays hommage to the magic of theatre - from the simple street performer to extravagant operas - where all is possible and life’s drama unfolds before our very eyes. International-level acrobats, synchronous swimmers, divers and enchanting characters demonstrate their aquatic prowess in, on and above the water resulting in an extraordinary experience.  How long is “O”?
“O” is 90 minutes long, not including an intermission.
 Is “O” appropriate for children?
The miniumum age to attent “O” is 5 years old. Please note that “O” uses louds sounds and periods of darkness which may frighten some children.
 Does “O” feature any special effects?
“O” special effects include the use of a fog machine and a some flashing lights.
 Does “O” tour different cities?
“O” is a permanent show at a fixed location, and therefore does not tour. “O” was created for Las Vegas, and is performed in a theater built specifically for the show.
 How long has “O” been performing?
“O” has been performing at the Bellagio since October 1998.

 How do I buy tickets for "O"?
Tickets for "O" may be purchased online ; by phone, at (702) 796-9999, or toll-free, 1-866-799-7711; and in person at one of the following Las Vegas casinos: MGM Grand, New York New York Hotel & Casino, Luxor, The Mirage, Bellagio, or Treasure Island.
 Are there O gift cards?
Cirque du Soleil does offer a gift card for O. The gift card is applicable only to U.S. Show ticket purchases exclusively and is redeemable only at www.cirquedusoleilgift.com.
 How far in advance may I purchase tickets for "O"?
Tickets for "O" are available four months in advance of a performance.
 Are there discounts for travel agents?
There are no travel agent discounts for "O".
 Are there discounts on tickets for children?
There are no discounts on tickets for children.
 Are tickets available for persons with limited mobility?
Yes, tickets for persons with limited mobility may be reserved with a credit card by calling the Bellagio box office, at (702) 796-9999, or toll-free, at (888) 488-7111. Such tickets are not available for purchase online.
 At what age must children be bought a ticket?
Tickets must be purchased for children 5 years old and over. Children under 5 years of age are not admitted to “O”.
 Are there military discounts?
There are no discounts for military personnel.
 What is a ‘wet seat’ ticket?
‘Wet seat’ tickets are those seated in the first three rows of the venue, as these spectators may experience drizzle from the performance. Such ticket-holders are asked not to wear clothes made of silk, leather, or fur.
 

Is there a Tapis Rouge option for "O"?

As “O” is performing in a fixed venue, and not a Cirque du Soleil Big Top, the Tapis Rouge option is not available.
 Are there group ticket rates?
To reserve tickets for groups of 12 or more, please visit Cirque du Soleil Las Vegas website.
 Which credit cards are accepted?
Tickets may be purchased using VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
 Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets purchased for “O” must be picked up at the Bellagio theater at least one hour before the show. After that time, all tickets still waiting to be picked up will be cancelled.
 How do I buy tickets without a credit card?
You may purchase tickets, in person, at one of the following Las Vegas casinos: MGM Grand, New York New York Hotel & Casino, Luxor, The Mirage, Bellagio, or Treasure Island.
 How can I reserve a specific seat?
The online ticket buying process does not allow for the purchase of specific seats. For your convenience, the online process offers the best available seating options (per section) for you to choose from (given your desired number of seats and price range).
 Is my transaction cancelled when the countdown reaches zero?
Yes, once the countdown timer reaches zero the order is cancelled.
 Is there a Cirque Club pre-sale for “O” tickets?
There are no Cirque Club member pre-sales for fixed venue shows in Las Vegas.
 Are there Cirque Club discounts, contests or promotions for “O” tickets?
Cirque Club privileges do not apply to Cirque du Soleil’s fixed venue performances.

Tickets for “O” are non-transferrable.

 Is there an “O” CD?
Yes, "O" CD is available at the Bellagio boutique and from Cirque du Soleil online Boutique.
 Is there an “O” DVD?
While a DVD of the show, “O”, is not available, the documentary, Flow - a documentary-style tribute to the artists of ‘O’ - is available at the Bellagio and from Cirque du Soleil online Boutique.
 Will there be “O” merchandise available?
“O” merchandise may be purchased at the Bellagio’s boutique at from Cirque du Soleil online Boutique.
 Can I buy drinks and food on site?
Yes, drinks and food are available at various restaurants and counters near the venue within the casinos.
 How do I get to the Bellagio?

 Is there parking available?
Free parking is available at the Bellagio’s main parking garage.
 May I take pictures during the show?
For licensing and security reasons, it is not permitted to take pictures or record video of “O”.
 How do I make a request to perform a wedding proposal before or during the show?

While we would very much like to accommodate requests for public wedding proposals before or during the show, we cannot. We receive many such requests, and so we must always refuse.

 How can I go backstage at “O”?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to go backstage at “O”.
 How can I meet the artists of “O”?
It is not possible to organize visits with “O” artists and trainers. They have extremely busy schedules and so we respect the little down time they have by not offering visits.
 What can I do if I’ve lost something at the venue?
