Service charges apply to all Cirque du Soleil ticket sales, no matter the event. Cirque du Soleil service charges cover costs associated with providing our customers with the option of advance ticket sales (including software and employees), that they may purchase tickets by phone or online from the comfort of their home rather than waiting at a box office.

There are no travel agent discounts for any of Cirque du Soleil’s shows.

An electronic ticket is a ticket emailed to you (as a PDF document) minutes after your purchase. Print the electronic tickets on your printer and bring them to the show. It is important that each ticket be printed on its own sheet of paper. Electronic tickets require Adobe Acrobat Reader software on your computer in order to read and print them. It’s free, and can be downloaded at Adobe Acrobat Website.

A Mastercard or VISA credit card verification code is a three-digit number located on the back of the card, at the end of the signature space. American Express cards’ verification codes are four-digit numbers found on the front of cards, just above and to the right of the credit card number.

The countdown indicates the time remaining to complete that particular step of the ticket-buying process before the tickets are put back into circulation.

When a countdown has 30 seconds remaining, the system will ask whether you need more time.

Ticket vouchers are only valid for Cirque du Soleil shows presented under our Big Tops in North America and are not applicable to our arena and theatre performances.

For someone else to use your tickets for Saltimbanco that person should have the following with them when they arrive at the arena: a photocopy of both sides of the credit card used to purchase the tickets (the first 12 numbers of the card may be blacked out), a photocopy of one of the purchaser’s pieces of identification (such as a driver’s license), a letter acknowledging the gift signed by the purchaser, and the original ticket purchase’s confirmation number.

To exchange a children’s ticket for an adult ticket, go to the arena’s ticket booth one hour before the show and pay the difference in price.

While we would very much like to accommodate requests for public wedding proposals before or during the show, we cannot. We receive many such requests, and so we must always refuse.
