What is ZAIA?
ZAIA tells the dream of an young girl who undertakes an imaginary voyage in space. On the edge of her celestial tour, she discovers the beauty of humanity, which she shares with the inhabitants of Earth upon her return. ZAIA transports the audience to a universe filled with whimsical “out of this world” characters, where stars and planets, space and infinity are seen through the eyes of a young girl. ‘ZAIA’ comes from a Greek name meaning ‘life,’ and is reminiscent of ‘Gaia,’ the symbol of our planet’s ecological balance. How long is ZAIA?
ZAIA is 90 minutes long, not including an intermission.
Is ZAIA appropriate for children?
Like most of Cirque du Soleil’s shows, ZAIA is meant to entertain the whole family. That said, children under 2 years of age are not admitted to the theater.
Does ZAIA tour different cities?
ZAIA is a permanent show - performing in at a fixed location built specifically for the show - and therefore does not tour.
How long has ZAIA been performing?
ZAIA has been performing at the ZAIA Theater in Macao since 2008.

Currently Cirque du Soleil has no gift card offer for ZAIA.
How far in advance may I purchase tickets for ZAIA?
Tickets for ZAIA may be reserved up to three months in advance of a performance.
Are there discounts for travel agents?
There are no travel agent discounts for ZAIA.
Are there discounts for children?
Children between the ages of 2-11 are eligible for discounts on ZAIA tickets.
How may I purchase tickets for someone with limited mobility?
Tickets for those with limited mobility may be obtained by calling the Venetian box office at (853) 2882 8818. Such tickets are not available for purchase online.
At what age must children purchase tickets?
Children between the ages of 2-11 must purchase a ticket to see ZAIA. Children under 2 years of age are not admitted to the theater.
Are there military discounts?
There are no discounts for military personnel.
Is there a Tapis Rouge option for ZAIA?
While there is no Tapis Rouge option for ZAIA, VIP tickets are available. The VIP package includes VIP section seating, a ZAIA cocktail and a souvenir program.
Are there group ticket rates?
Which credit cards are accepted?
Tickets may be purchased using VISA, Mastercard or JCB.
Where do I pick up my tickets?
Tickets purchased for ZAIA can be mailed to residents of Hong Kong and Macao only. Tickets purchased online or by phone must be picked up at one of the show’s
points of sale at least one hour before the show.
How do I buy tickets without a credit card?
You may purchase tickets, without a credit card, at the ZAIA Theater box office, or at one of the following Hong Kong and Macao locations: Cotai Strip Cotai Arena box office, or Sands Lobby box office. Services are offered in English and Chinese only.
How can I reserve a specific seat?
The online ticket buying process does not allow for the purchase of specific seats. For your convenience, the online process offers the four best available seating options (per section) for you to choose from (given your desired number of seats and price range). If you wish to select specific seats, please call +853 2882 8818.
Is my transaction cancelled when the countdown reaches zero?
Yes, once the countdown timer reaches zero the order is cancelled.
Is there a Cirque Club pre-sale for ZAIA tickets?
There are no Cirque Club member pre-sales for ZAIA.
Are there any discounts, contests or promotions for Cirque Club members?
Cirque Club privileges do not apply to Cirque du Soleil’s fixed venue performances.

Tickets for ZAIA are non-transferrable.
At the moment there is no DVD of the show ZAIA, nor a documentary of its creation.
Will there be ZAIA merchandise available?
Yes, ZAIA and Cirque du Soleil merchandise is available for purchase at the Venetian® Macao-Resort-Hotel’s souvenir boutique.
Can I buy drinks and food on site?
Yes, The Venitian Macao offers many restaurants and bars.

May I take pictures during the show?
No photos or video may be taken/recorded during ZAIA.
How do I make a request to perform a wedding proposal before or during the show?
While we would very much like to accommodate requests for public wedding proposals before or during the show, we cannot. We receive many such requests, and so we must always refuse.
How can I go backstage at ZAIA?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to go backstage at ZAIA.
How can I meet the artists of ZAIA?
It is not possible to organize visits with ZAIA artists and trainers. They have extremely busy schedules and so we respect the little down time they have by not offering visits.
