What is Zarkana?
Zarkana is a fantastically bizarre world where we follow the adventures of Zark, a magician who has lost his love and, with her, his powers. As he cries and begs for her return he is plunged into a world inhabited by surreal creatures. For more information, please visit the Zarkana page.
How long is Zarkana?
Zarkana is 100 minutes long, including a 20 minute intermission.
Is Zarkana appropriate for children?
Zarkana is appropriate for the whole family. However, there are some characters that might scare young children, the intend is not to scare them but the costumes might take them by surprise. It is important to note that many of our shows have loud noises and darkness that may frighten some children.

Zarkana. The gift card is applicable only to U.S. Show ticket purchases exclusively and is redeemable only at

There are no travel agent discounts for Zarkana.
How may I purchase tickets for someone with limited mobility?
It is not possible to purchase this type of tickets online. To reserve limited mobility tickets, please contact the Box office or

Is there a Tapis Rouge option for Zarkana?

Which credit cards are accepted?
Tickets may be purchased using VISA, Mastercard or American Express.
How do I buy tickets without a credit card?
Tickets may be purchased with cash or debit card at the show’s onsite box office.
How can I reserve a specific seat?
The online ticket buying process does not allow for the purchase of specific seats. For your convenience, the online process offers the best available seating options (per section) for you to choose from (given your desired number of seats and price range).
Is my transaction cancelled when the countdown reaches zero?
Yes, once the countdown timer reaches zero the order is cancelled.
Is there a Cirque Club pre-sale for Zarkana tickets?
Yes. A notice will be sent to the members who have selected the city where Zarkana will be presented.

It’s important to include as much information about the purchase as possible, such as the name of the person the reservation was made under, the last four digits of the credit card used, the number of seats bought, the time and date of the show, and/or your confirmation number.
Can I exchange or cancel my tickets?
All ticket sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.

No photos or video may be taken/recorded during Zarkana.
How do I make a request to perform a wedding proposal before or during the show?
While we would very much like to accommodate requests for public wedding proposals before or during the show, we cannot. We receive many such requests, and so we must always refuse.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to go backstage.
How can I meet the artists of Zarkana?
It is not possible to organize visits with Zarkana artists and trainers. They have extremely busy schedules and so we respect the little down time they have by not offering visits.
