PREPARE YOUR APPLICATION - ATHLETES
Please prepare the following materials for submission with your online application:
- a resumé;
- one or more photos;
- a recent video not exceeding 12 minutes in length. We accept video files in all formats except for executable (.exe) files. Your video does not have to be of excellent quality, a simple homemade video is fine. We prefer images that haven't been touched up or edited. WHAT SHOULD THE VIDEO CONTAIN?
ACROBATIC GYMNASTICS (SPORTS ACROBATICS)
- A presentation to the camera (including a face and full-body shot): tell us about yourself and your specialty, your background and experience – 1 minute;
- Flexibility (the three splits, bridge, shoulders, pike position) – 1 minute;
- Strength (no leg rope climb, chin-ups, piked leg lifts) – 2 minutes;
- Basic floor acrobatics (handstand, walkovers, handsprings, standing flips, etc . ) – 1 minute;
- Your most difficult trampoline dismounts as well as linked skills – 1 minute;
- For tops and 2nd middles – on canes – 1 minute, 30 seconds:
- press from straddle L-support – maximum repetitions
- repertory of positions on one arm, two arms and both arms on one cane
- For all disciplines – 30 seconds
- several tempos on the basket, hands or shoulders (depending on the discipline);
- One balance and one tempo routine, in training or in competition (mention date) – 5 minutes;

- A demonstration of your skills in another discipline, if applicable – 30 seconds .
WOMEN'S ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS
- A presentation to the camera (including a face and full-body shot): tell us about yourself and your specialty, your background and experience – 1 minute;
- Flexibility (the three splits, bridge, shoulders, pike position) – 1 minute;
- Strength (no leg rope climb, chin-ups, piked leg lifts) – 2 minutes;
- Basic floor acrobatics (handstand, walkovers, quick handsprings in a row on the spot, standing flips, etc . ) – 1 minute;
- Your skills on the asymmetrical bars (releases, dismounts) – 1 minute, 30 seconds;
- Your most difficult trampoline dismounts as well as linked skills – 1 minute, 15 seconds;
- Your most difficult tumbling passes – 1 minute, 15 seconds
- Gymnastic/choreographic leaps and jumps – 30 seconds;
- Recent competition footage (asymmetric bars and floor - mention date) . – 1 minute, 30 seconds;
- A dance improvisation . Show us how you move, let yourself go . Any style of dance, use the space and use your imagination! – 30 seconds;
- A demonstration of your skills in another discipline, if applicable – 30 seconds .
MEN'S ARTISTIC GYMNASTICS
- A presentation to the camera (including a face and full-body shot): tell us about yourself and your specialty, your background and experience – 1 minute;

- Strength (no leg rope climb, chin-ups, piked leg lifts) – 2 minutes;

- Your skills on high bar (releases, dismounts), parallel bars and rings (swing and strength moves as well as dismounts) – 2 minutes;
- Your most difficult trampoline dismounts as well as linked skills – 1 minute 30 seconds;
- Your most difficult tumbling passes – 1 minute
- Recent competition footage (High bar, floor, parallel bars and rings - mention date). – 2 minutes;

- A demonstration of your skills in another discipline, if applicable – 30 seconds.
RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS
- A presentation to the camera (including a face and full-body shot): tell us about yourself and your specialty, your background and experience – 1 minute;
- Extreme Flexibility (the three splits, bridge, shoulders, pike position) – 1 minute;
- Strength (no leg rope climb, chin-ups, piked leg lifts) – 2 minutes;
- Basic floor acrobatics (handstand, walkovers, handsprings, standing flips, etc . ) – 1 minute;
- Recent competition footage with hoop, ball, rope, ribbon and clubs (mention dates) - 4 minutes;
- Your best artistic elements without apparatus (jumps, pirouettes, balancing, flexibility) - 1 minute;
- A dance improvisation without the use of gymnastics elements . Show us how you move, let yourself go . Any style of dance, use the space and use your imagination! – 30 seconds;
- A demonstration of your skills in another discipline, if applicable - 30 seconds .
TEAMGYM
- A presentation to the camera (including a face and full-body shot): tell us about yourself and your specialty, your background and experience – 1 minute;
- Flexibility (the three splits, bridge, shoulders, pike position) – 1 minute;
- Strength (no leg rope climb, chin-ups, piked leg lifts) – 2 minutes;
- Basic floor acrobatics (handstand, walkovers, quick handsprings in a row on the spot, standing flips, etc . ) – 1 minute;
- Tumbling: all tricks and passes (on a rod floor and on a fast track or power track)- 3 minutes;
- Your highest difficulty trampoline tricks (in the bed or mat) - 1 minute, 30 seconds;
- Playing on the trampoline - 1 minute;
- Have fun and surprise us!
- Work off your back and stomach (codies, porpoises, ball-outs, cat twists, etc.)
- Recent competition footage of all apparatus (mention date) - 2 minutes;
- A dance improvisation. Show us how you move, let yourself go. Any style of dance, use the space and use your imagination! – 30 seconds;
- A demonstration of your skills in another discipline, if applicable - 30 seconds.
DIVING
- A presentation to the camera (including a face and full-body shot): tell us about yourself and your specialty, your background and experience – 1 minute;
- Flexibility (the three splits, bridge, shoulders, pike position) – 1 minute;
- Strength (no leg rope climb, chin-ups, piked leg lifts) – 2 minutes;
- Basic floor acrobatics (handstand, walkovers, handsprings, standing flips, etc . ) – 1 minute;
- 10-m, 3-m and 1-m dives - 2 minutes, 30 seconds;
- High dive, if possible - 1 minute;
- Recent competition footage (mention date) - 2 minutes;
- Trampoline (on the bed and dismounts) . Have fun and surprise us! - 1 minute;

- A demonstration of your skills in another discipline, if applicable - 30 seconds .
TRAMPOLINE
- A presentation to the camera (including a face and full-body shot): tell us about yourself and your specialty, your background and experience – 1 minute;
- Flexibility (the three splits, bridge, shoulders, pike position) – 1 minute;
- Strength (no leg rope climb, chin-ups, piked leg lifts) – 2 minutes;
- Basic floor acrobatics (handstand, walkovers, handsprings, standing flips, etc . ) – 1 minute;
- Compulsory and optional routines (minimum 5 tricks in a row) - 2 minutes;
- Your highest difficulty trampoline tricks (in the bed or mat) - 2 minutes;
- Recent competition footage (mention date) - 1 minute;
- Playing on the trampoline - 1 minute, 30 seconds;
- Have fun and surprise us!

TUMBLING

- Basic floor acrobatics (handstand, walkovers, quick handsprings in a row on the spot, standing flips, etc . ) – 1 minute;
- Tumbling: all tricks and passes - 2 minutes;
- Recent competition footage (mention date) - 2 minutes;
- Fast track passes (if possible) – 1 min
- Trampoline (on the bed and dismounts) . Have fun and surprise us! - 1 minute;
- A dance improvisation . Show us how you move, let yourself go . Any style of dance, use the space and use your imagination! – 30 seconds;
- A demonstration of your skills in another discipline, if applicable - 30 seconds .
SYNCHRONIZED SWIMMING
- Presentation to camera (full body shot); mention experience and any other disciplines practiced;
- Flexibility - three splits plus over splits, bridge with feet together and straight legs, shoulder flexibility, pike position;
- Find a pool that allows you to perform ten Back Dives without stopping. Start with two hands on the edge of the pool, push the whole body out of the water, bring out both feet at the same time in tuck position, and execute a back dive, legs extended. Repeat this sequence ten times;
- Double arm boost, ten times without stopping;
- Twirl Thrust - a Thrust is executed to a Vertical Position; maintaining maximum height a Twirl is executed as one leg is lowered to a Bent Knee Vertical Position. A Vertical Descent is executed as the bent knee is extended to meet the vertical leg at the ankles; submerge with the same tempo as Thrust;
- Combined Ballet Leg (Solo and Double, alternate for 20 seconds);
- Nova - Nova is executed to the completion of a Bent Knee Surface Arch Position; the legs are simultaneously lifted to a Vertical Position as the bent knee is extended. A continuous Spin of 1080o (three rotations) is executed until heels reach the surface, without submergence, followed by a rapid Spin up 180o. A Vertical Descent is executed at the same tempo as Spin up 180o;
- Rocket Split - a Thrust to a Vertical Position followed by two rapid alternating Airborne Split Positions, followed by a join to a Vertical Position with maximum height. A Vertical Descent is executed;
- Recent images of Solo, Duo, Team competition. Indicate your starting position in a video and state the date;
- Dance improvisation. Any type of dance – use the space and your imagination;
- Demonstrate skills in any other discipline;
- Demonstrate Strength – Optional (Chin Ups, Leg Squats, Rope Climb).
OTHER SPORTS
- A presentation to the camera (including a face and full-body shot): tell us about yourself, your specialty and your experience - 1 minute;
- A demonstration of your skills in your primary discipline - 5 minutes;
- Flexibility (the three splits, bridge, shoulders, pike position) – 1 minute;
- Strength (no leg rope climb, chin-ups, piked leg lifts) – 2 minutes;
- Basic floor acrobatics (handstand, walkovers, quick handsprings in a row on the spot, standing flips, etc . ) – 1 minute;
- Best performances in competition, training, at a gala, show or demonstration (mention date) - 3 minutes;
- A dance improvisation . Show us how you move, let yourself go . Any style of dance, use the space and use your imagination! – 30 seconds;
- A demonstration of your skills in another discipline, if applicable - 30 seconds .
IMPORTANT NOTES
Materials submitted will be used exclusively by Casting for evaluation purposes. Please note that your application will not be considered if your file is incomplete.
