- André Faleiros
- Montreal
- Team Leader – Talent Scouting

André is a native of Brazil who studied electric and acoustic bass in the land of his birth, as well as in France and Canada where he graduated from Concordia University in jazz studies, composition and arrangement. He was part of the American tour of DELIRIUM in 2006, the first
Cirque du Soleil show to play in arenas. Playing alongside—and recording with—numerous Quebec, Brazilian and African artists enabled him to acquire extensive knowledge of the international music scene. An eclectic artist, André also acted as musical director and producer of a few albums before composing scores for documentaries and some of the
webisodes produced by Radio-Canada.
In addition to his love of music, André is always ready to get involved in causes he cares deeply about, like
Médecins du Monde and
Cirque du Monde. After a 15-year career as a bass player, composer and arranger, André Faleiros has joined the team of
Cirque du Soleil talent scouts.
