KÀ Celebrity Sightings

As you wander through the vestibule into the KÀ theatre, you can't help but stare up at the incredible décor and down at the gaping abyss. You're stepping into another world where the stars are seated rather than suspended in the tapestry above and where few things seem familiar … except for the occasional familiar face!

Perhaps you were in the audience as KÀ welcomed the likes of Barbra Streisand, Nicolas Cage, Debra Messing and Sean Hayes (from "Will & Grace"), Alicia Keys, Peter Gabriel, Drew Carey and Paula Abdul. Britney Spears and Janet Jackson even saw the show twice!

KÀ so overwhelmed Cher she later apologized backstage for not applauding during the show because she was so mesmerized. And Rosie O'Donnell was so taken by the show she wrote a tribute to the show on her blog at http://www.rosie.com.

But perhaps the biggest celebrity fan of them all is Tom Cruise, who saw KÀ three times in the past year! He brought Katie Holmes to KÀ in April and following the show they came backstage to meet with the cast. They graciously posed for photos and signed autographs for the cast and crew. Tom even did a few backflips with a little help from the performers!

On any given night, as you make your way to your seat in the KÀ theatre, be sure to look around … you just might see a celebrity with stars in their eyes!
