NY WATER TAXI

New York Water Taxi offers daily ferry service to and from Randall's Island Park for every performance of KOOZA. Departures will take place from the E. 35th Street Pier in Midtown and E 90th Street Pier in Upper East Side. Ferry Price: $15 One Way, $20 Round trip.

Directions to the Piers

East 35th St - (East 35th St & FDR Drive) Take the 6 train to 33rd St & Lexington Ave, Walk east towards the water.

East 90th St - (East 90th St & FDR Drive) Take the 6 train to 86th St & Lexignton Ave, Walk east towards the water.

Buses

Special X80 events buses will leave for Randall's Island from Lexington Avenue and East 125th Street, easily accessible via the Lexington Avenue No.:4,5 and 6 Subway and from Metro North 125thb Street Station. Buses will run from at least 70 minutes before Showtime to 30 minutes following the performance, approximately every ten minutes. Round-trip bus fare is $5.00, payable upon boarding using a Metro Card.

Driving

Randall's and Wards Island Park is located under the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge in the East River, between Manhattan, the Bronx and Queens. Bridge toll is $4.50 upon entering; there is no charge to leave the Island.

From Manhattan

Get on the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge at East 125th Street. Stay left for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island, immediately after the toll plaza.

From Bronx

Take the Major Deegan of Bruckner Expressway to the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge. Stay right for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island, immediately after the toll plaza.

From Queens

Get on the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge from the Grand Central Parkway. Stay right for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island, immediately after the toll plaza.

From New Jersey

From I-80 or the New Jersey Turnpike, get on the George Washington Bridge. Follow signs for "Through Traffic" (on the upper level, stay to the left, on the lower level, stay to the right) to get onto the Cross Bronx Expressway, then take the Harlem River Drive/Amsterdam Avenue exit. Keep left onto the Harlem River Drive, then stay straight to take FDR Drive South to the Robert F. Kennedy Bridge. On the Bridge, stay left for the exit to Randall's and Wards Island, immediately after the toll plaza.

Parking

Accessible parking will be available on Randall's Island, for a fee of $25. Cash or Credit Card.

The Grand Chapiteau (Big Top)

The Grand Chapiteau seats over 2,600 spectators per performance.

Duration

2 hours 30 minutes, including a 30-minute intermission.

Latecomers

The show starts on time and latecomers are admitted only during a suitable break in the performance. Late-coming wheelchair-users can only be admitted at the intermission.

Refreshments and snacks are available in the entrance tent.

Merchandise

There is a Cirque du Soleil store in the entrance tent.

Miscellaneous

• The temperature inside the Grand Chapiteau is controlled.
• There is no cloakroom.
• Smoking is not permitted in the Grand Chapiteau.
• Mobile phones must be turned off during the show.
• Any type of videotaping, photography or audio recording is prohibited in the Big Top.
• Animals are not allowed.

That is why an area in each Grand Chapiteau (big top) has been made wheelchair-accessible. Below you will find all necessary information regarding booking space or seats in this area. • Patrons with reduced mobility should specifically ask for seats or space in the designated area since the rest of the Grand Chapiteau (big top) is unfortunately not wheelchair-accessible.
• To reserve a seat or space, please call 1 800 450-1480, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time. We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Though no service charges apply, a postage fee for tickets sent out by mail could apply. All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges.
• Please note that these reservations cannot be made through the Admission Network or over the Internet.

Seats

• Wheelchair spaces are available in categories 1 and 3 at a 20% discount.
• We are pleased to offer the same discount to one person who accompanies a patron with reduced mobility.
• Since seats and spaces are limited in this area it may be necessary for additional group members to sit in the regular seating area. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a seat will be available near the individual with special needs. Be assured that we always try to accommodate groups if availability allows it. Additional group members will not be given the aforementioned discount.
• Ushers will be present to make sure that every one is comfortable and to make all necessary adjustments. It is therefore possible that your seat will not correspond exactly to the seat number indicated on your ticket.
• Once you arrive on the site of the show, ushers will guide you towards the appropriate door or section.
• Cirque du Soleil does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons.

• In order to ensure that our patrons who have reserved space or seats in this area are comfortably seated, we ask that they arrive 30 minutes before the performance is scheduled to begin.
• Handicapped parking spaces are always located as close as possible to the main entrance. If necessary, patrons with reduced mobility may be dropped off at the entrance before parking. The cost of parking will depend on the type of vehicle.
• At every Cirque du Soleil site, wheelchair-accessible washrooms are made available for the exclusive use of our patrons with special needs.
