What the media say about the show

"Michael Jackson would have loved this show. It's big and bright and outrageous. Some of it doesn't even seem possible. Amazing music, killer choreography, stellar costumes, and a ridiculously talented cast make this show shine. "
Huffington Post
"Singing Pageant of Pop, With a Circus Atmosphere… He probably would have savored this family-friendly extravaganza."
The New York Times
"There were colors everywhere. The choreography was out of this world and the technique impeccable. Michael Jackson had only the best dancers by his side, and this crew easily fit that mold. If you love Michael Jackson, or razor-sharp choreography, or '80s and '90s nostalgia in any way, you will love this show."
LA Weekly
"Cirque du Soleil, famous for their spectacular and grandiose shows, transformed the Center into a fantastical Neverland where the power of lighting, props and acrobatics created a sense of magic and child-like wonder Jackson so famously revered."

Guy, shame on you! Ok, tent vs temp venue - people streaming in throughout 1st act and doing bathroom and booze throughout the show. House lights @ 25% throughout show. Never in the tent. Michael - 90%, Cirque - 10%, and at that weak Cirque. Saw the Michael One trailer from Vegas and no comparison to Immortal. I can see very good dancing on "So You Think You Can Dance"! Really a waste of $100 per seat. BTW, we've seen 6 Cirque tent shows and incredibly enjoyed them all. Only blue tent.

Shame on Cirque for staging this disjointed debacle in arenas. I have seen many other shows and never had a bad seat when presented in a tent. They did not adjust the stage or production for arena viewing but collect admission on seats so far away you would have done better watching on tv. I really like Michael Jackson's music and love Cirque but this is a travesty.

I hate writing this, but this show was an epic fail on Cirque's part. I have had the pleasure of seeing 5 or 6 cirque shows over the years, and the MJ Immortal show was absolutely terrible. Extremely cheesy costumes matched the poor music mix's, and lack of theme throughout the entire show. Show lacked momentum and most of the sets were unoriginal and boring. I'm sure I am biased as I saw MJ ONE in Vegas, which was AMAZING...but as far a a Cirque show goes, this show failed miserably. :-(

NOT a Cirque show!! Don't waste your time or money on what is super loud music, average dancing, and nothing that says "WOW" like you would expect from Cirque. A high school song and dance performance with missed queues, poor timing and long boring periods of nothing at all. I've been a Cirque fan for many years and have enjoyed many shows but I will be asking for my money back on this one. STAY AWAY!!

We have been to La Nouba in Downtown Disney twice because one time just did not feel like enough. (The show was THAT amazing) however, this MJ tribute show should not even have the Cirque title in it considering how very little acrobatics it had and how lacklustre it was. The price was very steep considering the dancing also left much to be desired. The parts that were good were all MJ up on screen doing what he once did so well which was amaze the masses with his talent.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! I have been to only one other Cirque show before, Zumanity. I am a MJ fan and this was to say the least lack luster. There was no wow factor as one would expect from any Cirque show and to be completely honest, borderline creepy at some points. To call this MJ Cirque Du Soleil is extremely deceptive; a more appropriate title would be an MJ tribute show. For a majority of the show it was like being at a concert without the main star.

OK, I've seen a dozen Cirque du Soleil shows. Some are better than others, but I have never been disappointed .... until this one. This show should have been played in a big top, not a big arena. The set is obstructing the view on many parts if you're not middle front. The sound (and the musicians) wasn't good, dancing wasn't what you should expect from a show related to MJ and overall the blend Concert/Circus doesn't really work. Again, full disappointment.

I saw the show in Tampa, FL this week and it was absolutely amazing!!! I have seen 2 cirque shows (Quidam and Kooza) which of course cannot be beat because that is their forte. But I am a HUGE MJ fan and also a dancer so that could be why I enjoyed the show more than most. The acoustics, visuals on the screen and costumes were awesome. I loved the tribute to MJ, which is what this show is all about and how it told a story ( the man in the mirror was the principal dancer). Want to see the ONE!

I saw the show tonight with my girl friend. I have seen 12 shows including some of the headliners in Vegas. I understand that a traveling show is not the same as Vegas shows like KA or Mysterie or Zarkana but I have seen Kooza in a big top and Corteo in Spain and the set up to view is much better. Our seat were at the floor level and could not see and were cramp like Sardines. The show was nice but the logistics poor. I hope Cirque gets it right, do not get the floor level shows at arenas. Poor.

Great show last night in Tampa Florida, I loved the show and choreography. The music was great. I did not like the extra distractions of individuals trying to video tape the show even though it is was not allowed…. Hmmmm.. really people. How rude!!! Overall fantastic show. Loved it.
