Directions from the airport:
1- Out of the airport on the northwest direction on the Av. Octavio Mangabeira
2- Turn right on the exit to the BA-099 Roadway and take the roadway to the left
3- Take the exit in direction to 2ª Praça Rótula do Aeroporto
4- On that place, take the second exit to the Av. Dorival Caymmi
5- Take the exit in direction to Av. Luiz Viana Filho
6- Turn slight right on the access ramp to the Av Luiz Viana Filho.
7- Go straight ahead on that avenue, were the site will be placed.

The Grand Chapiteau seats over 2,600 spectators per show, with an adjoining entrance tent.

2 hours 30 minutes, including a 30-minute intermission.

The show starts on time and latecomers are admitted only during a suitable break in the performance. Late-coming wheelchair-users can only be admitted at the intermission.

Opening times for sales: Monday to Sunday: 12:00 to 20:00

Pick up of prepaid tickets: Monday to Sunday: 12:00 till 15 minutes after the beginning of the show

*Box Office supervisors on duty for guests attending the show until after intermission

Refreshments and snacks are available in the entrance tent.

There is a Cirque du Soleil store in the entrance tent.

• The temperature inside the Grand Chapiteau is controlled.
• There is no cloakroom.
• Smoking is not permitted in the Grand Chapiteau.
• Mobile phones must be turned off during the show.
• Videotapes, cameras and tape recorders are prohibited.
• Animals are not allowed except for guide or mobility assistance reasons.

At Cirque du Soleil we make every effort to ensure that every one of our shows offers accommodations to our patrons with special needs. That is why an area in each Grand Chapiteau (big top) has been made wheelchair-accessible. Below you will find all necessary information regarding booking space or seats in this area. • Wheelchair users should reserve a space in the designated area for wheelchairs in good time before the performance because the rest of the circus tent is not accessible to wheelchairs.

Half price tickets are available according to local laws. Because the number of seats for the escorts and places for wheelchair users is limited, any additional escorts may have to sit outside of the designated area for wheelchair users. We cannot guarantee the availability of seats near to the designated wheelchair users' area. We do not have any wheelchairs available for the use of the public.

• Persons with entrance tickets for the disabled persons' designated area should arrive at least 60 minutes before the commencement of the performance.
• Wheelchair users who arrive late will be admitted only during the next interval.

Our ushers will escort you to the appropriate seating area within the tent.
