What is the story of KOOZA?

Between strength and fragility, laughter and smiles, turmoil and harmony, the show explores themes of fear, identity, recognition and power. Is KOOZA appropriate for kids?

Like most of Cirque du Soleil shows, KOOZA is meant to entertain the whole family. That being said, it does contain loud noises and some dark scenes.

Will KOOZA merchandise be available?

Yes, there will be KOOZA products available at the on-site gift shop. You can also visit the Cirque du Soleil Online Boutique.

Can I bring my own food?

Food and drink from outside the site is not permitted within our gates. If you have a unique dietary need, please inform our team.

Does the show include strobe lights?

KOOZA contains flashing lights and may cause difficulties for people with photosensitive epilepsy.

Is the tent temperature controlled?

Our big top tents are temperature-controlled since we want to make sure our guest are comfortable in our shows.

What are the Box Office service hours?

Our box office opens 90 minutes prior to the starting time of the first show of the day and remains open until half an hour after the starting time of the last show of the day.

What happens if the show is canceled?

If a show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, prior to the show date, all ticket holders will be contacted to arrange to see another performance. If a cancellation happens during the show, please follow the instructions that will be given by the Cirque du Soleil on-site staff.

Are booster seats available, and can I bring my own seat?

We have a limited number of booster seats available for free, first come first served. You may bring your own booster seat provided that it does not disturb other attendees.

Can I bring a stroller to the Big Top?

You’re welcome to bring a stroller on site, however you are invited to leave the stroller in a secure space outside the big top during the show. Once on site, please speak with one of our staff for more information.

Is there a drop off area in front of the big top?

Yes, it is located close to the site's main entrance.

May I take videos or record the show?

Small, pocket-sized cameras – no lenses - and phones are allowed. For the safety of our artists and the comfort of our audience members, only pictures without flash and short videos below the shoulder are permitted.
