Hi, I ordered 2 tickets to "KA" in Las Vegas for 6/13/2013(KA) and have yet to receive a confirmation email. The account number is 89408685. I have no confirmation for seating at the show. Please let me know by email that the reservations are confirmed. We really don't want to miss the shows (and good seats!!) since we are flying just for them! Thank you very much Akiko

Hi, me and my wife are from Brazil and, in 05/05/2013 we ordered 2 tickets to "O" in Las Vegas for 06/27/2013 at 22:00 and have yet to receive a confirmation email. The acount number is 88597794 . Untill now we have no confirmation for the seats at the show. Please let us know by email that the reservations are confirmed. We really don't want to miss the show and the location of the seats. I also ordered tickets to "O" on June 5th 2013 for the 7:30pm show. I got an email but all it give me was this account number 89182964 but no confirmation? I´m not sure is the transaction was finished, i don´t have a confirmation number or e-mail, apparently my card was no charged. Major disappointment. More glitz, water, diving, running across stage thanthe incredible acrobatic talent of other shows. Two clowns got way too much stage time. My last show, for 1/4 the cost, was 10 times better.

I booked tickets on March 14, 2013 for a showing in April, and my credit card was never charged, I gave updated credit card information and my contact information never changed. I received a confirmation number that my seats were purchased and everything. I look a week later, my card was never charged and now they gave my seats away and I had to purchase other seats that are not anywhere near as good as the seats I originally PAID for and received a CONFIRMATION number for. How is this fair?????

I'm planning to go on May/13 to Las Vegas and want to go to O, but I need to know if all of the comments of people telling they didn't receive the confirmation mail were just a matter of time between the time of purchasing and the time to receive it. How I'm going to get the tickets? Thanks!
