What is an on online store password?

Can I make a purchase on the online store without a credit card?
There is no other payment option available for purchases made at our online store, only credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) are accepted.
Can I order merchandise by phone?
It is not possible to place an order by phone. All orders must be made through our
online store.
How can I modify my order placed on the online store during the shopping process (before the order has been confirmed)?
You can make changes to your order at any time during the shopping process by clicking "Cancel". Once you have clicked "Confirm your purchase", it is no longer possible to modify it.
Can I add something to my order placed on the online store after it has been confirmed?
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified. However, it is possible to cancel it and let you enter a new one at your convenience. In order to do so you will have to
contact us, on the same day the order is placed, make sure to include your order number in your message. We will refund the total amount on your credit card.
How can I track the order I placed on the online store?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, an email is sent to you with an online tracking number. You may also track your order via the
online store by logging in and clicking on the "My Orders" link of the online store.
What is the mention ''Special order'' mention on your online store?
Some artworks are "special orders''. They are shipped directly from the supplier to the customers and are not kept in inventory. Delivery time is usually 3 to 5 weeks.
To place an special order contact us, please include your information and the item wanted. An agent will contact you as soon as possible.
Why is it I can’t find certain Cirque du Soleil merchandise on the online store that I saw at an on site gift shop?
The merchandise offered at the gift shops are usually available on our online store. However, items found at a gift shops of a show, either presented at a theater or in an arena, are sometimes exclusive products which are not obtainable on our online store but only in those venues.
Can I buy merchandise directly from the store at Cirque du Soleil International Headquarters?
Cirque du Soleil International Headquarters boutique is not open to the general public. The store is accessible to
Cirque du Soleil employees only.
Can I access the site gift shop if I don’t have tickets to the show?
For shows presented under the Big Top, it is possible to access the gift shop on any show day, even if you don't have a ticket. Please go to the site during a performance and the Cirque du Soleil staff will gladly welcome you to the gift shops. We suggest you arrive half an hour after the show starts, in order to insure all the patrons are seated inside.
It is not possible to access the gift shops without a ticket at our arena shows and our resident shows.
How long do I have to request an exchange or refund?
An item can be exchanged and refunded up to 45 days after its purchase.
How can I exchange or receive a refund for an item I purchased?
To exchange an item or receive a refund, please contact us. Please provide us with the reason of the return, along with the name of the show and the city where the item was bought (if the item was purchased at a show) or your purchase order number (if the item was bought from our online store).

How long before I receive an exchange or my reimbursement for an item purchased on the online store?
Exchanges and refunds are done a few days upon reception of the merchandise.
Please note that your refund can take up to 3 weeks, depending on your billing cycle, to appear on your credit card statement. The full amount (minus shipping and handling charge) will be refunded on the card used for the purchase.
How can I exchange or get a refund for a CD, DVD or a book?
CDs, DVDs and books will be exchanged or refunded only if the items are still wrapped in their original packaging.
To exchange the item or receive a refund, please contact us and provide us with the name of the show and in which city the item was bought (if the item was purchased at a Cirque du Soleil show) or provide your purchase order number (if the item was bought from our online store).

When an item is listed as out of stock on our online store, it means there is no more in stock and cannot be ordered at the moment.
Why are there slight differences with certain songs on Cirque du Soleil soundtrack CDs, as compared to the actual performance?
Many of
Cirque du Soleil’s live music and songs are constantly evolving, and therefore may be different from the version on the CD. These changes are not all available on the soundtracks.
Why cant I find the special edition CDs of Alegría and Varekai at Cirque du Soleil online store?
The special edition CDs of
Alegría and
Varekai are presently discontinued.You may still be able to find them on auction websites and other online stores.
Why doesn't the Varekai CD soundtrack have the show’s actual music on it?
The
Varekai CD features music inspired by the show. It is the first such CD released by
Cirque du Soleil Music, which chose this new approach as an alternative to other show soundtracks.
Why aren’t all pieces of music featured on the show’s soundtrack CD?
As CDs can only contain approximately 60 minutes of music, and the performances are 90 to 120 minutes long, no CD can feature a show’s entire musical score.
Are the DVDs, KÀ Extrême, FLOW and Mystery of Mystère, live performance recordings?
Those DVDs are not live performances of “O”, KÀ or
Mystère, but documentary-style productions.
Are there any Cirque du Soleil DVDs formatted for European (Region #2) or Australian (Region #4) DVD players?
While some of
Cirque du Soleil’s DVDs are formated for European (Region #2) or Australian (Region #4) DVD players, most are formatted for North American (Region #1) DVD players.
Are Mystère, "O", KÀ, The Beatles LOVE, CRISS ANGEL® Believe™, Zumanity, Viva ELVIS, ZAIA, ZED or IRIS – A Journey Through the World of Cinema available on DVD?
Those shows are not available on DVD.
Can I buy a region 1 DVD if I don't live in North America?
It is no longer possible to purchase DVDs not coded for your region. This precaution helps avoid any errors.
Are DELIRIUM, Wintuk, OVO, Banana Shpeel, TOTEM, Zarkana or Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL World Tour available on DVD?
For the moment, there is no plan to release those shows on DVD.

What is the meaning of the songs of the shows?
The shows are not performed in a specific language. Most of the songs are in an invented language although there might be some words of English, French, Italian or Spanish.
