The Big Top, or Grand Chapiteau, is a large climate-controlled tent that can seat over 2,600 spectators.
Seats in the Grand Chapiteau have backs but no armrests.
Please arrive no earlier than one hour before the show. However, Tapis Rouge ticket-holders should arrive a full hour before the show to enjoy the Tapis Rouge tent.
We normally post directions to the site a week or two before the premiere performance for each city. Simply visit the
Shows & Tickets section and click on the city listed under the show you will be attending. There you will find a link called "Directions and other information."
Parking is available at all of our shows. Just follow the signs once you get to the site. The parking fees are set by each parking company and vary from city to city. Please note that for Tapis Rouge (VIP) ticket-holders, parking is free.
Video cameras, cameras and tape recorders are strictly prohibited inside the Grand Chapiteau and inside the theatres.
The temperature inside the Grand Chapiteau is controlled. We try to keep it at a comfortable 21ºC or 70ºF.
You may have your mobile phone on you. However, it must be turned off during the show.
Latecomers are admitted during a suitable break in the performance. Wheelchair users who arrive late will be admitted during intermission only.
There are regular restrooms (not portable) with running water on site. Handicapped restrooms are available as well.
There is no cloakroom for regular ticket-holders. However, a cloakroom is provided for Tapis Rouge (VIP) ticket-holders.
Pets are not allowed inside the Grand Chapiteau.
You may smoke outside the tents before and after the show and during intermission only.
