Our Las Vegas production is searching to find someone to join our dynamic, creative, high-energy workplace as Leisure Sales Manager. This position ensures that Blue Man Group values and artistic vision are understood and supported across the organization. In addition, this position will be responsible for the development and maximization of broker, timeshare, partner, tour operator and concierge sales for the Las Vegas production.

The Leisure Sales Manager should have an in-depth knowledge of the Las Vegas theatrical market, with an emphasis on sales channels including brokers, concierge, and other third-party ticket sellers.  This position handles broker, concierge, and partner training for BMG and needs to be skilled in training techniques and public speaking.  The Leisure Sales Manager must display exemplary people management skills, superb verbal and written communication abilities, strong interpersonal skills, high energy, creativity, and a collaborative spirit.

This is a full-time, salary position with a full benefits package, typically scheduled as a five-day (Monday-Friday) work week with the occasional evening, weekend, or holiday shift.  Availability for work-related travel is also a must. This role reports to the Director of Sales, Blue Man Vegas.
