The Assistant Box Office Manager is responsible for supporting and assisting the Box Office Manager with all operations of the Box Office, as well as providing coverage as needed. Responsibilities include overseeing all ticket operations, maintaining box office bank accounts, preparing advance report & box office statements, ensuring good customer service and providing coverage for Box Office Manager as needed. Must be outgoing, motivated self-starters who are able to multi-task within a busy work environment. Sense of humor, great customer service skills, and patience are a must. This is an assistant supervisory role, candidates ideally have some experience managing or supervising others.

Candidates should be able to maintain good customer relations and have a pleasant personality.  Positive Attitude is a must! Applicants should have a flexible schedule with holiday availability and be willing to work within the scheduling needs of the Box Office Manager. General Work Schedule will be Tuesday – Saturday.
 
General knowledge of the Ticket Master host ticketing system preferred, but not required. Good computer and phone skills required (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, and Multi line Phone Systems) 

Qualified candidates must be customer focused, detail-oriented, an excellent communicator/collaborator, organized, and capable of having fun while maintaining high work standards. 

5+ years of related experience required.  Bachelor’s or Applicable Degree preferred. This is a full-time hourly position, eligible for overtime and holiday pay that requires night and weekend hours.  Competitive Benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Life Insurance and 401K Plans.
