Blue Man Group – Las Vegas is seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join the Marketing Department. The Blue Man Group Ambassador reports to the Marketing & PR Manager and is responsible for operational and administrative support of the Marketing department. Candidate’s main responsibility is to execute a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests. Candidate must possess strong customer service skills, be comfortable with public speaking and engaging with guests, and be able to troubleshoot challenges in a fast paced environment. High levels of organization, attention to detail, open communication and collaboration are expected. This position will interact with high-end clients as well as Blue Man Group cast and crew members. • Facilitating our Backstage Tour Experiences.
• Hosting and interacting with our VIP Meet & Greet guests before and after each show.
• Ensure consistent and open communication with sales and marketing teams, box office, front of house and BMG crew and complete written reports of nightly activities and communicate feedback to the Marketing & PR Manager and team.
• Additional duties may include processing ticket orders, quality checks on sales and marketing promotions, implementing sales and marketing activations, email correspondence, and answering phones as needed.
Candidate must be an outgoing, forward thinking, charismatic professional that is also comfortable with speaking in front of large groups. The position requires the ability to multi task while remaining organized and customer focused. In addition, the candidate should be able to type at least 30 words per minute and be proficient in general computer software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. S/he must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time. S/he must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license. This role requires up to 16-20 hours per week with flexibility for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
