As a Circus Ambassador, you will work in concert with other departments. In a dynamic environment that requires a lot of autonomy, you will support your work colleagues.
You will be recognized for:
Prepare meals and ensure their service in the cafeteria;
Help prepare menus according to our budgets;
Prepare daily orders for designated suppliers;
Help clean the kitchen, store the inventories received and rotate food inventories;
Follow government regulations on health and hygiene.
We want to meet you if you have:
A diploma from a professional culinary institute (ITHQ in Quebec or equivalent);
Five years of experience in the preparation of food (buffet style);
Certification in hygiene and food safety;
Efficiency and speed of execution;
A solid knowledge of nutrition and a heightened sense of customer service;
Great fluency in English
Available to travel the world 100% of the time.
