One Drop is currently seeking someone who is flexible, dynamic, result-oriented, and ready to take on challenges in a stimulating environment. Working with the communications team and in collaboration with other internal departments, the Advisor, Marketing and Communications will play a key role in developing and deploying marketing projects and campaigns.

Being responsible for the marketing and communication projects and campaigns that are assigned to you within the scope of the marketing and communications activities of One Drop;In collaboration with the Director, Marketing, Communications and Events, contribute to the development of the marketing and communication plan that are assigned to you and be responsible for their achievements;  Work closely with the other Advisors, Marketing and Communications in order to create content for One Drop’s various communications platforms;Analyze marketing and communication strategy results and make recommendations;Work in tandem with the Operations Managers to develop and follow deadlines and budgets for the projects that are assigned to you;
Develop and produce event visibility tools for the Foundation; With the support of the Marketing and Events Coordinator, draft requests relating to the development and production of event communication tools intended for our suppliers and agencies, both locally and internationally (digital and print);    With the support of the Marketing and Events Coordinator, ensure approval stages for communication tools are respected (drafting briefs, validating formats, image development, coordinating various deadlines with graphic designers, printers and web agencies); With the support of the Senior Advisor for Marketing and Communications, validate proofs before they go to print (banners, brochures, ads, signage, etc.);   Travel occasionally to coordinate the marketing and communications aspect of events;
Public relations
In collaboration with the Senior Advisor for Marketing and Communications, develop public relations strategies for the projects that are assigned to you;Develop a content calendar and implement communications plans to promote various local and international projects and events; Carry out any related tasks.
·     Bachelor  in Communications or a related field.  
Professional experience
·     Minimum of three years’ experience in event communications, preferably within an advertising agency.  
Languages and technical skills
·     Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and social media management platforms (Hootsuite);
·     Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, an asset;
·     Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish, an asset.
Other skills
·     Experience in events or a keen interest in non-governmental organizations;
·     Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
·     Autonomous, creative, inquisitive, and capable of demonstrating initiative;
·     Outstanding attention to details;
·     Ability to work as part of a team and meet goals in a complex and constantly evolving environment.
