In this pivotal role, as the Lead Wardrobe Technician, you will:
- Make-up step-by-step execution.
- Keeping products inventory up-to-date.
- Mesh-mask adjustment with the artists.
- Prepping and assisting artists with tattoo transfers.
- Organize and maintain make-up and wig workshops.
- Assist the First Make-up Assistant with tasks, such as:
- Step-by-step documentation
- Order supplies and equipment as necessary
- Prep artists’ make-up kits
- Make-up coaching
- Prosthetic fabrications, special FX
- Work alongside with dresser to learn show looks
- Set up cue tracks for the wig and make-up department.
- Follow-up with artists to maintain make-up designs integrity.
- Repair, construct, clean and prep wigs for the run of the show.
- Assist the artist with wigs, make-up, quick changes and fittings.
- Maintaining wigs and hair pieces (washing, styling, repairs, etc.).
- Assist in the setting up cue tracks for wig and make-up department.
- Maintenance of any other prosthetic pieces, fake piercing and jewels.
- Prepare and participate with Press/Marketing events and video shoots.
- Maintain style, repair, construct, clean and prep wigs for the run of the show.
- Maintain documentation for maintenance and participate in rotation of duties as directed.
- Perform other tasks and carries out projects as assigned by the Lead Wardrobe Technician.
- Assist with the ordering, procuring and tracking of the department’s expendables and equipment.
- Maintain and integrate the costume designer’s concepts for the successful operation of the production.
- Maintaining the hair designs approved by costume designer during creation (haircuts, grooming, etc.).
- Always maintain a safe working environment, conforming to all established safety policies and procedures.
- Assisting artists with quick changes during the shows, such as wig, prosthetics, nail, special FX quick changes in both set-up and run of show.
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times by conforming to established safety policies and procedures, participating in all required safety classes and emergency rescue procedure training.
- Maintain and integrate the costume designer’s concepts for the successful operation of the production.
- Proactively greet, interact and assist resort staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
- Perform all other job related duties as required.

- At least 2 years of theatrical wardrobe experince on a large-scale production show.
- Working knowledge of makeup application, wig building, hair styling and coloring.
- Ability to take a skill test.
- Osha 10 Certification.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to lead and mentor a team.
- Have interpersonal skill to deal effectively with all business contacts.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.  

Ideally, you will have:
- At least 2 – 5 years of educational background or work experience on a large scale stage productions.
- Ability to have documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and work under pressure.
- Working knowledge of ACD photo program.
- Working knowledge of make-up database.
- Working knowledge of make-up teaching technique.
- Working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Working knowledge of internet research and Windows-Based PC systems.
- Working knowledge of make-up applications and products (Mac, Ben Nye, Make-up Forever, etc.).
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
