Are there fees to become a Club Cirque member?

Club Cirque membership is completely free.

What is Club Cirque?

Club Cirque is an online community made for the Ultimate Cirque du Soleil Fans in search of exclusive deals, news and dedicated only experiences.

How do I become a Club Cirque member?

You can become a member by completing the registration form found on the Club Cirque website.

What are Club Cirque’s privileges?

As a Club Cirque member you have access to exclusive photos, videos and invitations to special events. Members are among the firsts to be informed when a city selected in their profile is added to our tour plan. Registration provides access to presale tickets and special offers (where available). Emails are sent to active members. However, if your membership is new and you did not receive the notice, you will find all the links and promotions in the "Offers" section of the Club Cirque.
Since Club Cirque is a virtual club, there is no membership number or card: your email address is your identification.
Please note that being a member does not automatically entitle you to discounts on tickets or products.

Why isn’t my city in Club Cirque’s list of cities?

Only the cities and countries previously visited or on our current tour plan, are available in the choices of cities in the Club Cirque. However, Cirque du Soleil visits news cities every year, therefore it is possible that your city or country will be available in the coming years.

Why am I asked for my mobile number when registering for Club Cirque membership?

Your mobile number is only necessary during registration should you wish to receive Club Cirque messages on your phone.

How do I purchase pre-sale tickets?

As a member, when an exclusive presale is available, you will receive an email containing links and instructions to buy tickets for one of the cities you have selected in your profile. In case you do not receive this email, you will find all current offers, once you log in the Club Cirque.

Are there Club Cirque ticket pre-sales for fixed venue shows?

Unfortunately, there are no Club Cirque presales available for our resident shows. 

Where can I find presales, promo code or any other offers available to the Club Cirque members?

All current offers can be found in the « Offers » section of the Club Cirque. In order to access those privileges you will have to log in your profile.

I forgot my username?

Your username is the email address used when you originally sign up for the Club Cirque.

Does Cirque du Soleil sell my information to marketing firms or other companies?

Cirque du Soleil respects the privacy of its members and does not sell or lease out any information about Club Cirque members.

Does Club Cirque provide technical support?

Club Cirque does not provide technical support.

Your Club Cirque Profile

How can I change my email address or other information within my Club Cirque profile?

You can modify your profile, by following these steps:log in the Club Cirque, click on the link "Manage your profile" at the top of the page. Once you are on the "Your profile information" page, you will be able to modify your E-Mail address, in the "Your information" section.

If cannot change your e-mail address, contact us and we will make the modification for you.

How do I reactivate my Club Cirque profile?

If your profile has been disactivated, you will be redirect to an other page where you will be asked your email address. A message will be send to you that will allow you to reactivate your Club Cirque profile.
If your e-mail address has changed since, contact us and make sure to include your previous and new address.

How do I cancel my Club Cirque membership?

You can cancel your membership, by following these steps: log in the Cirque Club, click on the link "Manage your profile" at the top of the page, and then click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the page.
If cannot Cancel your profile, contact us and we will make the modification for you.

Club Cirque Profile Issues

Why can’t I modify my Club Cirque profile?

If you are experiencing difficulty modifying your profile, please contact us. Make sure to include the both your new email address and the one you used to register originally, so we can track down your previous profile. Especially if your email address has changed since you became a member.
For security reasons, we do not have access to members’ passwords. If you’ve forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot your password?" link on Club Cirque’s login web page. You will then receive a message with a link to change your password.

Why doesn’t my Club Cirque password work?

For security reasons, we do not have access to our members’ passwords.
Please verify that you’ve entered the correct email address (the one used during registration). It is important to enter it as you originally typed it in. If it does not work, we suggest you retrieve it by clicking the "Forgot Password?" link on Club Cirque’s login web page. A message will then be sent to you which will enable you to change your password.
Should you still have problems retrieving your password, please contact us, include the password you want to use and we will then be able to change it.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my Club Cirque password?

Why haven’t I received my Club Cirque membership confirmation?

Please check first if the message is not in your spam folder, you should also ensure that your system accepts messages from Club Cirque.  If you still have not received your membership confirmation, please contact us.

Why didn’t I received an alert about a Club Cirque pre-sale?

For technical reasons outside of our control, it is possible that some messages do not reach their destination. Sometimes, messages sent are blocked by filters or email address is blocked by the receiver’s server. It may also be a simply internet service provider issue. One thing is sure: we send messages to our members who have requested to receive the information.
Please note that emails are sent to active Club Cirque members. However, if your registration is recent and you have not receive a message, you will find all the links and promotions in the "Offers" section of the Club Cirque.

What’s causing my connection problems with Club Cirque?

Club Cirque employs Flash media. It’s possible your computer is blocking all such Flash media windows in your browser. To resolve the issue, either deactivate the Flash media blocker in your browser or add www.cirquedusoleil.com to your browser’s list of permitted websites that use Flash.

Why can’t I seem to be able to register for Club Cirque?

One problem may be with your computer’s pop-up blocking preferences. To register, you will need to either deactivate your pop-up blocker, or add www.cirquedusoleil.com to your computer’s list of permitted pop-up websites. If the problem persists, we can complete your registration for you, contact us. Please send us your full name, postal code, country of residence, and the list of cities you would like to receive information and alerts about.

Why was my Club Cirque profile canceled?

Profiles are automatically deactivated when Club Cirque has received numerous error messages from a member or their internet service provider. Reasons for such error messages include an inbox which is full, an incorrect email address, or the internet service provider is somehow rejecting all Club Cirque email.
Please note that your profile can also be cancel if it has not been updated with your new address. Instructions are send twice before cancelling it.

How do I keep from receiving so many Club Cirque emails?

We suggest you reduce the number of cities you’ve asked to receive information and alerts for.
You can do so by following these steps: Log in the Club Cirque click on the link "Manage your profile" at the top of the page. Once you are on the "Your profile information" page, you will be able to modify your Email address, in the "Your information" section.

How can I know if my virtual cards have been sent?

Since 2008, the virtual cards manager is no longer available. Since Cirque du Soleil does not provide technical support, we suggest you verify the recipient's email address and send your card again.
