With her college gymnastics eligibility exhausted, the All-American performer was finishing her advertising degree at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln when she got a call from Cirque du Soleil, the Canada-based circus company with shows on six continents.

Nell'autunno 2011, organizzeremo a Milano, Italia, delle audizioni per clown, attori "fisici", mimi, artisti di strada e attori che interpretano personaggi con caratteristiche fisiche atipiche (statura bassissima o altissima, gemelli, eccetera).
Il Cirque du Soleil impiega nei suoi spettacolioltre 100 ruoli per clown e attori fisici, che si esibiscono in spettacoli nati dall'estro di registi come Daniele Finzi Pasca, Robert Lepage, François Girard, Philippe Decouflé e David Shiner.
