Prior to becoming an Artistic Advisor for Casting, Séverine spent several years studying and gaining singing experience, mainly in France.
Of particular note, her career includes obtaining the Label Richard Cross singing certificate and over five years’ vocal coaching on eight Cirque du Soleil productions, which include Mystère, Zumanity and KÀ.
Since 2003, Séverine has secured several contracts to vocally direct albums, plays and musicals, including popular productions such as Chicago, Gone with the Wind and Romeo & Juliet.
Having worked as a soloist soprano on many productions and touring shows across Europe and North America, Séverine was namely part of the Choir Vincent d`Indy in Marseille, with whom she helped create two pieces of music by Marcel Landowski. Her experience also includes taking part in the Ensemble vocal Laudisti (Monteverdi, Schütz, Corelli, etc.) and Offenbach’s lyrical production Barbe-Bleue.
