You hereby agree to purchase and Cirque du Soleil agrees to sell the ticket(s) detailed in your order. Once your order is confirmed and your payment completed, you will be redirected to a page indicating a confirmation number. Please keep this number for your records. You will also receive an email confirming your order.
If you are not redirected to the confirmation page or do not receive a confirmation number, it is your responsibility to contact us at contact@cirquedusoleil.com to confirm whether your order was processed.
Should there be an error or an inaccuracy in the processing of the order or should a payment processor reject the transaction, a Cirque du Soleil representative may attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If Cirque du Soleil is unable to reach you after an initial attempt or if a payment processor rejects the transaction, Cirque du Soleil reserves the right to cancel your order and sell the tickets to another customer. In such case, you will be informed immediately, using the contact information you provided.
Tickets purchased through this website may be subject to a non-refundable per ticket or per order service fee and/or facility fee. You may be able, in some instances, to purchase tickets directly from the venue box office without paying such service fee.
Tickets purchased through this website can either be delivered by regular mail, for an additional fee, at the address you provided during the check-out, by e-mail at the e-mail address associated with your account or, when such option is available, at the venue’s box office before the show.
If you choose to receive the tickets by e-mail, just print your e-ticket(s) or present them at the show on a mobile device.
You agree to pay the full price of the tickets ordered, including any applicable taxes, service fees, facility fees, delivery fees and any other cost, as detailed in the purchase process.
Except as otherwise provided by this Agreement or any applicable law, the tickets you purchased cannot be refunded, exchanged or redeemable for cash. Except as otherwise expressly provided for under applicable law, show tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal, a right of rescission, a right of revocation, a right to cancel, a right to return or a cooling-off period. Carefully review your ticket selection before placing your order.
Cirque du Soleil may, at its sole discretion, cancel or postpone a show. You will receive a written notice informing you of such cancellation or postponement. When a show is cancelled or postponed, Cirque du Soleil may either offer tickets for a performance at an alternate date or a refund.
The show starts on time. Latecomers are admitted only during a suitable break in the performance.
Cirque du Soleil reserves the right to cancel a ticket order purchased through its website.
Cirque du Soleil reserves the right to request photo ID of the ticket holder.
In the event that any person attending a show is judged unmanageable or exhibits behavior which is considered inappropriate or fails to comply withCirque du Soleil rules, Cirque du Soleil reserves the right to terminate such person's right to attend the show without any refund or compensation.
All cameras, tape recorders and video recorders (including when incorporated in a mobile device) and their use are strictly forbidden during the performance of the show.
You hereby grant Cirque du Soleil the right to use your image, likeness, actions and statements in any transmission, publication or reproduction of the show, in any medium or context, without any further authorization or compensation.
Due to the nature of the acts in the show, Cirque du Soleil may change, without any prior notice, the cast, content or duration of the show.
Tickets may not be used for any advertising or promotional purposes (including contests or sweepstakes) or resold without the prior written authorization of Cirque du Soleil.
Cirque du Soleil or any of its employees, directors, officers, affiliates or other related entities, sponsors, vendors, representatives, partners and all other persons acting on behalf of Cirque du Soleil shall not be liable, whether in contract, warranty, tort or otherwise, for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this Agreement.
All claims in connection with this Agreement shall expire one (1) year from the earlier of: (i) the date the claim came into existence; or (ii) the date at which the facts legitimating the claim became known by you (or should have been known by you, absent any willful blindness).
Cirque du Soleil’s maximum liability for damages on any successful claim shall be limited to the lesser of: (i) the foreseeable damages typically occurring during the execution of such contracts; or (ii) the amount of 10,000 EUROS.
Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to nor shall limit your statutory rights or any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Cirque du Soleil may at any time assign all or part of its rights and obligations under this Agreement, to any of its affiliated entities, regardless of whether the entity is controlled by, controlling or under the same control as Cirque du Soleil, provided that the assignee assumes all of Cirque du Soleil’s obligations hereunder.
If any term, provision or section of this Agreement or any portion of such term, provision or section is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement will not be affected thereby and each remaining term, provision or section, or portion thereof, will be valid and enforceable to the full extent permitted by law. In lieu of each term, provision or section of this Agreement that is held invalid or unenforceable, there shall be added as a part of this Agreement a term, provision or section as nearly identical as may be possible and as may be legal, valid and enforceable.
In the event of a dispute between Cirque du Soleil and yourself, there are a range of options for resolving such dispute without going to court. If you reside in one of the member states of the European Union, please be advised of the possibility of seeking Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) on its Online Dispute Resolution Platform. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the territory where the show for which you purchased the tickets is presented.
