Steps to follow:

1. Your credit cannot be used on the main Cirque du Soleil website. You must use the unique link specifically provided to you by email.
2. After clicking on the link provided in the email, start by selecting your show date and time. Then choose the number of tickets and pick your seats from the seating chart. Once the seats are added to your cart, proceed to checkout. You will then be redirected to the login page.
3. Activate your account. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to identify yourself and activate your account. Please use the same email address used for the original purchase — your credit is linked to it. To activate your account, click “Sign up now” and fill in the requested information, including creating your new password. You will then receive an email to confirm and complete your account activation.
4. Once your account is activated, you will automatically be taken to the checkout page, where you will need to enter your contact information and billing address. After completing this information, you will be able to proceed with the payment and apply your remaining credit to your order by clicking the ‘Apply credit’ button.
