Steps to follow

1. On our official website, select the show and city you wish to attend, then begin the ticket booking process.
2. After choosing your show and city, select your preferred date and time in the calendar. Then choose the number of tickets and pick your seats from the seating chart. Once your seats are added to the cart, proceed to checkout.
3. Once you reach the checkout page, your selected seats and order summary will be displayed. At the top of the Contact information and Billing section, you will see a link labeled “Already have an account or customer credit?”. Click on the link to create your account.
4. As this is your first time logging in, you need to identify yourself and activate your account. Please use the same email address used for the original purchase as your credit is linked to it. To activate your account, click “Sign up now” and fill in the requested information, including creating your new password. You will then receive an email with a verification code to complete your account activation.
5. Once your account is activated, you will automatically return to the checkout page, where you will need to enter your contact information and billing address. After completing this information, you will be able to proceed with payment and apply your remaining credit to your order by clicking the “Apply credit” button.

Important: Your credit is only valid for shows presented under The Big Top (Grand Chapiteau) and must be used in the same currency as your original purchase.
