How can I redeem my voucher?

General Information

  • Each voucher is valid for two (2) tickets to the selected event in sections 203 or 204.
  • Multiple vouchers can be redeemed for the same event, but in separate transactions.
  • Your voucher cannot be redeemed for a single ticket.

Redemption Instructions :

  • Click the ''Redeem'' button above
  • Select the event for which you would like to attend
  • Enter your voucher code in the pop-up window
  • Select 2 tickets. If you want to change the seat location, remove the tickets from the cart and make a new selection
  • Click on ''Buy 2 tickets''
  • Login or create your account
  • Enter your contact information
  • Click on ''Reserve''
  • You will receive a first email to confirm your reservation and your mobile tickets will be sent by email within 24 hours after your reservation

Important: The monetary value of the Costco Program will be displayed; however, no additional charges or fees will be collected.

Is there a deadline to redeem my voucher?

Your voucher can be redeemed online up to 24 hours prior to your event.

When will I receive my mobile tickets?

Your mobile tickets will be sent to you within 24 hours by email after you redeem your voucher online. A confirmation will be sent to you after you redeem your voucher. It will be very important to bring your mobile ticket(s) on the day of your show.

Will I have to pay during the redemption process?

No, during the redemption process you will see a value in your order. However, no additional charges or fees will be collected during the redemption process.

Can I redeem my voucher on-site?

No, vouchers may only be redeemed online and in advance.

Can I buy additional tickets at regular prices?

Yes, however, you will need to complete the purchase of the additional tickets through our website at cirquedusoleil.com. We cannot guarantee that you will be sitting together. For special assistance, you can contact our customer service at 1-877-924-7783.

Can I exchange or refund?

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

What if I have questions about my voucher?

Please contact FEVO customer service through their customer support portal, MyFEVO.com or by emailing costcosupport@fevo.com. You will receive a response from FEVO within 1-2 business days.

Is KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities appropriate for children?

KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities is for children of all ages. Children under the age of 2 must remain on a parent or guardian’s lap for the duration of the performance.

What if I’m having issues with my access code?

Your access code can be used only one time. Make sure to indicate all the characters properly. In his larger-than-life curio cabinet, the Seeker is convinced that there exists a hidden, invisible world – a place where the craziest ideas and the grandest dreams lie waiting. A collection of otherworldly characters suddenly steps into his makeshift mechanical world. When the outlandish, benevolent characters turn his world upside down with a touch of poetry and humor in an attempt to ignite the Seeker’s imagination, his curios jump to life one by one before his very eyes. What if by engaging our imagination and opening our minds we could unlock the door to a world of wonders?
