When should I arrive at the Big Top?

If you want the complete KURIOS experience, we encourage you to arrive up to 90 minutes before showtime to explore the Station of Imagination, a new immersive exhibit with a variety of interactive stations, refreshments, and shopping experiences that bring you deeper into the show.

Are there any activities on the site?

​​Of course!​​​ We recommend you arrive up to 90 minutes before the show to relax and enjoy a drink at the Light Bulb Bar, grab a bite at the Bistro, or explore the Station of Imagination with your friends and family. While you’re there, check out the Kurios Kronicle at our interactive newsstand and stop by the Boutique to take part in the ​​​​​​Spark Quest!​​

Will KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities merchandise be available?

Yes, there will be KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities products available at the on-site gift shop.

Can I bring my own food?

We have plenty of food and beverages options for you to choose from so you don’t go hungry or thirsty! If you have a unique dietary need, please inform our team.

May I take videos or pictures of the show?

Professional cameras are not allowed. For the safety of our artists and the comfort of our audience members, only pictures without flash and short videos on your phone, taken below the height of the shoulder are permitted.

What happens if the show is canceled?

If a show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, prior to the show date, all ticket holders will be contacted to arrange to see another performance. If a cancellation happens during the show, please follow the instructions that will be given by the Cirque du Soleil on-site staff.

What are the Box Office service hours?

Our box office opens 90 minutes prior to the starting time of the first show of the day and remains open until half an hour after the starting time of the last show of the day.

When should I arrive if I have a VIP ticket?

The VIP tent opens 60 minutes before the show and is also open for VIP ticket holders during the intermission. Come join us for food and drinks in the Hot Air Ballon tent.

Is the Big Top site accessible to wheelchairs?

Yes! The whole Big Top site is accessible to wheelchairs. You can follow the signage for indications to help you find your way. We also have accessible seating available. You can find accessible seating while buy your tickets or you can contact us if you need more information ; 1-877-924-7783.

Are reduced mobility tickets for KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities available online?
