May I take videos or record the show?

Small, pocket-sized cameras – no lenses - and phones are allowed. For the safety of our artists and the comfort of our audience members, only pictures without flash and short videos below the shoulder are permitted.

Can I bring my own food?

Food and drinks from outside the site is not permitted within our gates. However, we have plenty of food and beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, available on the circus grounds. If you have a unique dietary need, please inform our team.

What are the Box Office service hours?

Our box office opens 90 minutes before the first show of the day and closes 30 minutes after the start of the last show of the day.

Is there a drop off area in front of the big top?

Yes, it is located close to the site's main entrance.
