BERLIN (November 20, 2025) - First-Ever Resident Cirque du Soleil Show Premieres at Theater am Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. ALIZÉ, the highly anticipated new creation from Cirque du Soleil, co-produced with Live Nation Germany, celebrated its world premiere before a full audience that included numerous celebrities from film, music and arts industry.

The city’s largest theater was transformed into a stunning dreamscape, immersing guests in an extraordinary experience. After months of meticulous creation, design, and staging, ALIZÉ finally takes center stage, introducing a groundbreaking concept called “Acromagic”, a fusion of acrobatics and magic that redefines live entertainment. This innovative blend pushes the boundaries of live performance, creating moments of wonder that feel both impossible and mesmerizing. Many breathtaking acts take place directly above the audience, with the storyline extending beyond the stage into the auditorium, immersing visitors in a one-of-a-kind experience.

The 54th original production and first European residency of Cirque du Soleil has already attracted significant national and international attention. Even before the premiere, 150,000 tickets have been sold for this surreal journey into the unimaginable. ALIZÉ opens the skies over Berlin, revealing a poetic universe, the invisible, and a world beyond the ordinary. Together with the show’s protagonists, visitors embark on an adventurous journey filled with wonder, mystery, and magic where the impossible becomes possible and the hidden reveals its secrets.

The Theater am Potsdamer Platz has been extensively redesigned and transformed to meet the unique requirements of this complex permanent production. Sixty technicians completed the task in just three months. The ALIZÉ cast features 43 artists from 21 countries.

ALIZÉ is the story of a quiet dreamer swept by a sudden gust of wind into strange, shifting worlds where imagination leads the way and nothing is what it seems. It’s a journey through moments of doubt, wonder, and discovery, full of characters who challenge him, help him grow, and reveal parts of himself : the realist, the artist, the wanderer. Through imagination and emotion, ALIZÉ explores what drives us, what holds us back, and what happens when we open ourselves to change. It reminds us that when we stay connected to ourselves, to others, to the world - life becomes extraordinary.
