Can I reserve tickets and pay later?

Yes, we can hold group orders for a maximum of 30 days at a time and up to 10 business days prior to the scheduled event. All tickets must be paid in full to confirm a reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once tickets are booked, no cancellations are allowed. The order may be modified at any time until booking, however should the order no longer qualify as a group booking, it loses all inherent benefits and becomes a regular order.The event date may be changed during the reservation period. Should cancellations be permitted, a processing fee will be charged.

What is ‘Twas The Night Before... about?

It’s a holiday-themed Cirque du Soleil show inspired by the classic poem “A Visit from Saint Nicholas”, telling the story of a girl named Isabella who rediscovers the magic of Christmas through a journey into a magical, poetic world full of acrobatic performances and reimagined holiday music.
