Directions

The Cirque du Soleil Theater is 20 miles away (32 kms.) from the Cancun International Airport.

From the airport, turn right onto Highway 307 towards Playa del Carmen.

After passing Puerto Morelos (10 minutes later) you will see the amazing Cirque du Soleil Riviera Maya Theater that welcomes you.

The children's discount applies to children 5 to 12 years old. Children under 5 are not permited and must not be left unattended on the site. Tickets purchased for children must have an adult seated beside.

70 minutes (no intermission).

For Dinner and VIP packages – the experience begins 1-hour before the show.

Lost tickets

If you’ve lost your tickets or confirmation, please contact : 01 800 247 7837 from within Mexico or 1 844 247 7837 from the USA/Canada. Please include as much information about the purchase as possible, such as the name of the person the reservation was made under, the last four digits of the credit card used, the number of seats bought, the time and date of the show, and/or your confirmation number.

Flashing light warning

The show contains flashing lights which may cause difficulties for people with photosensitive epilepsy.

Show policy (rules)

  • Mobile phones must be turned off during the show.
  • Latecomers: The show starts on time and latecomers are admitted only during a suitable break in the performance.
  • Late-coming wheelchair-users will be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
  • Animals are not allowed.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the Theater
  • Any type of videotaping, photography or audio recording is prohibited inside the Theater.
  • Strollers are not permitted in the Theater.
  • There is no cloakroom.

The access ramp is located at the main entrance. Once you arrive on the site of the show, ushers will guide you towards the appropriate door, section and seats. Cirque du Soleil does not provide wheelchairs to its patrons.

In order to ensure that our patrons who have reserved space or seats in the reduced mobility area are comfortably seated, we ask that they arrive 30 minutes before the performance is scheduled to begin. Wheelchair users and patrons with reduced mobility who arrive late will be seated at an appropriate time. Our ushers will escort you to the appropriate seating area within the theater.
