How do I make a booking?

Please review the step-by-step instructions below. If this doesn’t work, please contact us at DrawnToLife.CustomerService@cirquedusoleil.com and we will get back to you within 3 days.

1) Create your account

  • Click here to sign up for an account using your email address
  • Enter the following information:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
  • Create a password to complete your account

2) Choose your performance date and seats

  • Click here to select the date and time of the performance you would like to attend – your package includes two Category 4 seats at no cost to you, so you can select any two available seats in this category
  • Click ‘Buy Tickets’
  • In your account, click ‘Apply Credit’
  • Click ‘Place Your Order’
  • Your tickets will be emailed to you at the email address you signed up with

What do I do if my password isn’t working?

If the password does not work or if you have forgotten your new password, please use the “Reset Password” button found here. If you are still unable to log in, please contact us at DrawnToLife.CustomerService@cirquedusoleil.com and we will get back to you within 3 days.

What if I don’t see the date I want? Are there block-out dates?

Performances are typically scheduled Wednesday through Sunday with infrequent changes to this schedule and our website provides access to all available performances. All scheduled shows are available to book until sold out. Please click here for our availability calendar.

What does Category 4 mean? Where are the seats I am receiving?

Please click here for a map of the theater – our Category 4 seating is in orange. You are welcome to upgrade your seats to any other available location in the theater. If you choose to do so, you will see a $179.66 credit appear at checkout in place of your two complimentary seats.

When do I need to book my tickets by?

Tickets may be secured as late as the day of a performance, but are subject to availability.

Can I book any performance?

Your chosen performance must be within the travel window of your holiday. If you do not book or attend a performance during your holiday, you will be unable to redeem your complimentary seats at a later date.

How can I make changes to my booking?

Once you have secured your seats, you are unable to make changes to your selection.

What if I’m unable to attend the performance?

Tickets for any performance are non-refundable.

What if I need ADA seating?

Please contact us at DrawnToLife.CustomerService@cirquedusoleil.com for assistance with accessible seating and we will get back to you within 3 days.

How will I receive my tickets?

After selecting your seats and confirming the purchase, please check your email, including your spam/junk folder, for a confirmation email from Cirque du Soleil. The tickets will be attached to this confirmation. If you cannot locate it, please contact us at DrawnToLife.CustomerService@cirquedusoleil.com and we will get back to you within 3 days.

Can I bring a baby?

Our child policies mirror those of Walt Disney World. Children aged 2 and under can sit on an adult’s lap – should you wish to purchase a seat for them, you can do so at the cost of a full child ticket price. Children aged 3 and older require ticketed seats.

Can I bring a service dog?

Service dogs are allowed into the theater. While on the premises, all service dogs must be always under the control of their handler by leash, harness, or other tether unless the individual’s disability prevents using these devices or if they interfere with the dog’s safe and effective performance of the task.

How long is the performance?

The show lasts for 90 minutes with no intermission.

Is it appropriate for children?

The show is meant to be enjoyed by the whole family.
