In Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ, unique acrobatic innovations combine with the techniques of Magie Nouvelle to become an entirely new artistic language. The circus arts push against the boundaries of the possible and magnify visible performances with astonishing feats. Magic works invisibly to weave inexplicable marvels that ignite the imagination. Fusing them, Acromagic is a whole new doorway to wonder. Presented and co-produced by Live Nation, ALIZÉ was created especially for the Theater am Potsdamer Platz in Berlin. Through its acrobatic feats and marvels of invisibility, levitation and holographic technologies, ALIZÉ transforms the theatre into a surreal, poetic universe that dissolves the boundary between the real and surreal to envelop the audience.
Touching on themes of resilience, transformation, and the beauty of life’s fleeting moments, ALIZÉ is an immersive, poetic exploration of interconnection and the sublime that reveals itself if we are open to it.
