1.Donation
By selecting this option, you agree to donate the full amount paid for the identified order to a local at-risk youth organization affiliated with Cirque du Soleil. You also agree that no donation receipt will be sent from our behalf. We will commit the full amount towards tickets for children that couldn’t assist to our shows or other paid cultural events otherwise as soon as we confirm new dates for your city. 2.Credit
By selecting this option, you agree to keep the full amount paid for the identified order in your customer account. This amount can be used towards any future Cirque du Soleil shows under one of our Big Tops. This credit has no time limit or location boundaries, it can be claimed at any time for any city we visit with a Big Top. We will communicate with you via e-mail all the information related to your credit including your customer account number within a business week after receiving your request.
3.Refund
By selecting this option, you agree that refunds will be handled in the order in which it was received and could take up to 30 business days following the reception of this request. The refund will be issued to the original card used for your purchase.
